Right now, Berwin was lying in a very dark room, with a faint blue light.
Felt him lying on the soft ground, with a watery texture. Berwin was grateful that his olfactory nervous system had long since been severed.
If not, maybe he will be traumatized all the way to the real world.
This game, too realistic.
"Is there anyone here?"
Get up from where he is lying, and look around him carefully. Berwin turned his head to the right, and he heard the sound of very heavy breathing.
This breathing sound is very different from the sound of small animals, or the sound of human breathing which is relatively light. This tone of voice had a very deep voice, like a creature with large lungs.
"Is this the monster that slaughtered us?" Berwin was surprised.
Considering the missions that Sherlock Vatican obtained, and the conclusions he reached along the way. Berwin at least knew a few things.
There are three methods of death when they enter the game, namely the death of the body they currently occupy.
The attack of a beast that has large claws, the bite of a rodent, and the shot of a bullet.
The three of them already suspected that the bullet shots were the result of the Linfa merchant's own fire. Don't ask about the AK-47 rifle he always carries.
For a rodent bite, it was confirmed to be a mutant rat nesting in this underground passage.
Now, this leaves only one thing, namely the claws of the mammals.
Maybe, Berwin has found the answer now.
When he entered the hallway, and was attacked by a horde of mutant rat. He was not torn apart by them, and instead he was led inside, into the passageway where they had been hiding.
Berwin suspected that he was used as a food reserve by these mutant mice, along with large mammals.
A scenario suddenly appeared in his mind.
A group of armed humans hunted the mammals, but either because these mammals were very strong, or something else, the humans lost.
Escape from human pursuit. A mammal looking a hiding place, but he accidentally provoked the mutant rat, and was defeated, and immediately dragged by the mutant rat into the tunnel to serve as backup food.
"Now I understand! The puzzle is now complete!"
Excited, and wanted to tell his friends what he had found. Berwin's fingers that were raised, suddenly stopped.
"Wait a minute, why should I tell them?"
Remember that he was sacrificed by the two of them, to slow down the pursuit time of the mutant rat. Berwin snorted his nose coldly.
....
Sherlock Vatican: "Hey, are you okay there? How are you doing?"
GreenFabio: "Anyway, we want to apologize to you about last night. We've gone too far."
GreenFabio: "Sherlock and I have already sent you merit points. We don't really need them, so just take them!"
GreenFabio: "Hey Berwin! Please answer as soon as possible. I'm going to die of boredom here..."
....
View the history of messages sent by Sherlock Vatican and GreenFabio. Berwin who was in the darkness, fell silent, and he lowered his head slightly.
Berwin: "...."
Take a deep breath, and exhale helplessly. Berwin started lifting his fingers to type.
"Hey guys, I found something interesting!"
"You won't believe what I found!"
....
A smile appeared on his pale face.
_____
Looking at the report that Berwin gave him. Linfa who knew the overall situation, heaved a sigh of relief.
Now, he knew where the beast had gone, and there was no need to worry anymore if the beast suddenly appeared before him.
Seeing that one threat of his's had disappeared. Linfa started to think about the problem he was facing right now.
First, the radioactive problem.
Second, the attack of the mutant rat.
It was a critical matter that he needed to eradicate as quickly as possible.
For radioactiv. Linfa only needed plants that had a high enough radiation, and he could craft them into radioactive antidotes through the chemical table he had made.
But the premise, he must have a plant that has a very high radiation.
Although now Linfa could go anywhere in an anti-radiation raincoat made of radioactive frog skin. Linfa wouldn't be so stupid as to go to an area that had a high concentration of radioactive radiation using his body.
Remember, humans are very fragile.
Only players who are not afraid of death can go to dangerous areas, and have no worries at all.
He had to ask the players to pick up a high radiation plant for him. But for another problem, the players are trapped in a dark underground tunnel bunker.
"Oh come on! All development-type transmigrations usually have to chop wood at the start, and gather resources bit by bit. How about me? Hell mode!? Why did I have to fight a bunch of mutant rats on the first day of my transmigration? Bad reviews!"
Linfa gritted his teeth in anger. This world is so unfair.
"In any case, let's first give Berwin a mission to explore the underground passage shelter, and find where the players are currently locked."
"If I'm not mistaken, it looks like there were still eight players who were still alive when the mutant rats attacked. But, can they help? how?"
Even though these survivors had bone armor suits that he made especially for them. against hundreds, or thousands of mutant rat together, they wouldn't be able to win against that many mutant rat.
Linfa wasn't very optimistic about their strength.
"Ahem!"
When Linfa was still confused, and had a hot brain, thinking about how to save the trapped players. The sound of clearing his throat woke him, and he glanced at the player named Ace, who was standing at the door.
Ace looked at Linfa with a silent gaze, not intending to open his mouth at all.
"...?"
Seeing Linfa current was getting more and more confused. Ace shifted his body, and he showed three old cars, parked in front of the door.
"I understand!"
Linfa clapped his hands in admiration.
Tapped Ace's shoulder which had a slight smell of rotting corpse, with a bright smile. Linfa raised his thumb up.
"Just leave it to me to modify the car. The task of rescuing players, I leave to all of you."
Ace: "...."
Had a confused expression on his face. Ace opened his mouth without making a sound.
Did you misunderstand? I just want to sell you resources!
You don't see the pile of iron gathered in the corner over there? What do you mean?
Car?
It's not mine!
Ace was silent for a while, and he nodded his head slowly.
Whatever, however, this will most likely trigger a special mission. Just nod your head lightly.
Saw merchant Linfa stretch his shoulders, and started walking towards the three still functioning cars, found by the players. Ace followed him quietly.
"As expected by the captain! No matter how serious the problem, if you always stay by the captain's side, there will be a way!"
"The captain is the wisest person I've ever met! Whether in the real world, or the game world, I don't regret following you for the rest of my life!"
"The captain has stepped in. We will win!"
"I want to worship you, captain!"
....
Glancing at several players, and also his former friends in the real world. Ace could only sigh.
Misunderstanding, seems to be increasing.
I just want to sell resources only. No more than that.
Ace, took another deep breath.
