The son of the emperor 'Lex', Anastasia, Diana, and Lucas set out on their journey to the Kingdom of Vastgard. They've walked for a long mile and after an exhausting, journey, they decided to settle in a town close to the outskirt of Vastgard. They reached a magnificent castle but strangely, as they walked into the castle, they found the place deserted and quiet as no living soul was found dwelling in it.
I don't think it's a very good idea taking refuge in a place which has no people living in it…. Said Anastasia. Don't you think it's strange that the castle is so quiet and empty? ... Lucas replied. I guess 'His Highness' has a point but, this is our last resort. You know how difficult it has been for us looking for a place to stay all over the town. We would have continued on our journey but we can't risk the sudden change of weather. The cloud shows they will be a heavy down pour tonight. We just have to manage with what we got. He smiled. At least, we have each other to keep us company for the entire night. Diana sign. I guess we will have to do with what we have then. Wouldn't it be a good idea if we split up and look around if we could find a bed to rest our head for the night? Lucas suggested. I guess you have a point. Answered Diana. Princess Anastasia and I will walk straight ahead while you guys can take a look around the castle. Let's meet up as soon as we've found a resting spot. Just as Princess Anastasia and Diana had started to walk away, Anastasia suddenly sees a vision of a princess smiling mischievously at her…. Anastasia thinking…. What the hell was that? Is something wrong, 'My lady?'. Diana stared closely at her. You look so pale? I do have a feeling you don't feel so good about this castle, right? Anastasia replied. It's feels creepy in here. The whole atmosphere gives me goosebumps. Diana answered. Just stay close to me, you will be .... (Almost immediately, a wild scary looking black creature suddenly appeared and attacked them as they both screamed in horror and started to run towards the entrance of the castle. Anastasia accidentally slipped as she falls on the ground. The wild scary black creature is about to devour her as Prince Lex came to her rescue just in time and slew the creature with his sword. Anastasia signs in relief. That was a close one…. Prince Lex stretches out his hand to help her up as she smiled warmly at him. Thanks 'Your Highness'. Lucas appeared as he tries to touch Princess Anastasia, but quickly refrained himself. Are you alright, 'my Lady?' ..... She nodded. Yes, I am. Diana murmurs... that was one hell of a creature. I wonder how it got in here. Anastasia replied. I guess my intuition was right all along about this castle. I just can't wait to leave at sunrise tomorrow...….
