Pati looks at the Sleeping One with a mocking grin, he finds the Sleeping One mourning to be really pitiful for a Zombie. What makes a Zombie scary is that they don't possess consciousness, but this one surely has from the way it was acting.
Even with his hp keep on draining down, he was unbothered and pity the Sleeping One.
Despite being stronger than the other Zombies outside that are roaming the street like maggots, the Sleeping One and the Sleeping Minions have a devastating weakness which is sensation. It made them as easy as dealing with the other Survivors.
Just like what he did before, one simple cut allows him to kill one of the Sleeping Minions.
If it weren't for that and the Sleeping Minion has no sense and emotion, then they would be way scarier. But lucky for Pati, they were not and that made fighting them ten times easier than he initially thought.
