Jumping from the third-floor altitude is high enough for an adult to be scared, there's an intrinsic instinct of a human to be fearful of this kind of thing to survive. Even though their power now is different, the innate instinct is still there.
Survivors that can jump three floors high don't necessarily have the balls to do that.
On top of the high altitude, they jumped in order to go over the wall created by Havel and also the explosion, they're not just jumping onto concrete but a sea of Zombies instead that has their pale white eyes fixated on them.
It's almost as if they have cataracts, but they without a doubt still able to see.
Heavy Walkers reach out their hands as if they were trying to reach the food that jumped onto them, but the smarter ones such as the Brawlers and the Three-eyed Screamers don't sit idle and watch the four of them jump down.
Despite jumping from the same spot, they aimed in different directions.
