Pati jumps back down after checking the horde of Zombies that are walking in an organized manner, he went back to where he was before with Jeff that is waiting for him to come back.
With an expectant look, Jeff then asks, "What did you see?"
"You're right, there is a Zombie with glowing blue eyes in the middle of the horde. I think that one is controlling the horde. There are also a couple more hordes around the area, it should be an event similar to the Survival Night starting"
It was the only thing he thought of seeing the hordes of Zombies.
Their movement is too organized for it to just be a random horde, the blue eyes Zombie also shows that these are not regular hordes of Zombies. Aside from that, these hordes of Zombies are doing the same thing as the other.
All of them are sweeping the entire place searching for survivors that are entrapped.
