Pati mutters softly with a sigh, he sometimes wished that he has parents. It's probably a comforting feeling knowing that someone will always support you or be there no matter what, but he has never got that kind of luxury.

Throughout his entire life, he has never felt the warmth of parents.

Even back in the orphanage, he has never looked at anyone associated with the orphanage as a parent. Maybe back during his early days but as he grew up and become aware, he has never once seen them as anything less or more than a guardian.

Because of years of going through that, Pati has adapted the independent trait.

All his life has never really had real parents so he won't need them anywhere in the future, and what he said to the girl is true that he didn't love his supposed mother. Pati has never even met her once in his life.

Leaving the armless girl suffering from bleeding, Pati then slowly shifted his gaze.
