GUI rongzi was a Grand Elder of the evil spirit sect. Grand elders had a very high status in each sect. Similarly, the Grand elders of each sect were stationed in the most important positions in their respective sects. The place where GUI rongzi was at was the last base of the evil spirit sect, the secret realm of the sect.
The secret realm was no secret to the various sects in the sword spirit world. Everyone had it, so no one was envious of the other.
