He looked around, stunned for a moment, and then said softly,

A gentle electronic voice came from within the Mobile Battle Armor:
"Scanning the battlefield, detecting the first wave of demon arrivals, preparing to join the fight."

The Mobile Battle Armor drew a steel long blade with terrifying sonic vibrations from its arm, its form shuddering as it soared into the sky, clashing with several equally huge demons.
The human officer had already jumped down from its shoulder, standing alone in the square, seemingly pondering something.
