Once upon a time there a lived a girl named Aishwarya , who belongs to a middle class family.she is studying in class 10 and her ambition is to become a Doctor. According to her Family, she can't fulfill her dreams because their is no money to pay the fees . She was totally worried about her future. After 1 year ago , she was in class 12 there is only 2 months to finish the academic year.so she want to decide what she want to do . Oneday Aishwarya discuss her dreams with the whole family except her parents all are jealous because there is no doctors in her family if she become it , she is the First doctor of the family. Her Friends, Relative's told that it is not going to happen .she became very sad and unhappy .She told to her family that I AM GOING TO LIVE ACCORDING TO MY DREAMS not others. Next day , onwards she started preparing for NEET EXAM . She was totally prepared.Few months later , NEET EXAM starts she had write the exam with high confidence.her family told that she will not get.after 2 months ago, Results are announced Aishwarya has got 5th Rank in AIR .Her parents was so happy and relatives was shocked by seeing her results .She had got government medical seat in Thiruvananthapuram.After 5 years ago, She became Dr.Aishwarya .after completing it she came to her home her parents was excited to see her in white coat and she was the first doctor in her family.she then decided to do PG in uk according to her Family, there is no money so she took educational loan for doing PG in uk . after 2 years , she became Dr Aishwarya (pediatrics) .Then after she became it she brought her parents to Uk and settled their and at 25 years Aishwarya married a DR. SHe lived like a Billionaire with her Family.
