Lorella just got into the compound of her auntie Irene when someone caught her attention"Norella" she screamed," "Norella" she screamed again excitedly as she started running towards her twin sister. "Lorella" Norella screamed excitedly too has she started racing back to her sister too. They bonded into a very nice warm hug the very moment they got hold of each other's hands. Two minutes later, they were still hugging "I have missed you Ella" one of the twin sisters said. "I have missed you even more", the other twin sister replied. " That is a big fat stinky lie" Norella said, "are you sure you even missed me? You missed me and you did not even bother to give me a one minute call, not even once, seriously?" Argued Norella. "Excuse you, I thought we share the same and exactly the same phone number" replied Norella mockingly. "Okay, that is true and even still", Norella said rolling her eyes, surrendering, "but at least, you should have tried to call him dad instead", Norella said disappointed and angrily. "I know, I mean I tried, but that it was not going through, I tried calling several times but it was still the same thing, that was why I came here to visit auntie Irene to find out if she had by any chance or means no you and dad's whereabouts" she said angrily too, "I mean I was here yesterday, she added. "It is ok dear lovely twin sister" Norella said and chuckled,"so how did your science fair competition go", she asked as she was glancing at a sister as if she could read her mind, but she cannot, "I hope you kicked some butt or bum bum", she added as they both busted out laughing uncontrollably. "No I did not" Lorella said but scared a bit. "Why?" Norella the whaler asked screaming, "you lost? Wait, what happened?" She asked again but this time angrily but with a come tone. "No I did not lose neither did something bad happened" she replied her sister calmly too, but that made her sister more curious and confused at the same time, "it got postponed till further notice and I do not know why, satisfied?" Lorella replied her sister mockingly. "That is another big fat stinking lie, Mr. Principal will never lose such an opportunity, he can never let such an opportunity passing by, I was could have been winning this competition for twenty four years in a row" she said disappointed, "whatever, our school remains number one and still holds her place as the best school in the whole of the federal Republic of Nigeria", she said excitedly, raising both arms. "How is mum?" "How is Dad?" They both asked in unison which made both of them to bust out laughing again. "Awwwn, mum please in the next life, please let me be born as a twin or triplets or quadruplets anyone will do" Jiele said to her mum jealously as you watch the twins. "Ok I will honey" Mrs Irene replied with a grin "so you would kill me abi?" she said to herself.
"Ok you go first" they said in unison again which made them to bust into another uncontrollably laughter, but this time it was louder and longer than the others. "I have missed you Ella" they said in unison again, but this time they did not laugh instead, they engaged in another tight hug and started crying in each other's arm. "Go first Lorella" Jiele shouted at the top of her voice so that they could hear her loud and clear.
"Okay" Lorella back. "Mum is fine you know how well she is a Superwoman she is doing just fine but I know something is wrong she is just too stubborn to share anything with anyone not even with me" she said and sighed deeply. "She was obviously not ok, what exactly did that do to make her like that, she has barely smiled at me and Luna ever since the day break of that night", she asked looking at her sister worriedly and rested her head on her sister's chest or breast.
"Yes I know what happened, that has told me everything that happened, it happened a very long time ago even before she met mum. I have already forgiven him and I know you will too. I wish mum could just give him one more chance at least to hear him out" Norella replied as she patted her sister on her head "shift your big head to my shoulder, this is weird remember we are outside for crying out loud" Norella said to her sister. "Is it that serious?" Lorella asked tiredly and lazily "Yes it is, it is obviously very very serious, but do not worry I will tell you everything after we are done here. Dad is not currently fine though, because we had an accident while going to one of his friends that night. He is still at the hospital recovering very slowly. He is not responding well to his treatments. He is a bit better now, at least he is able talk and crack funny jokes now", Norella assured her twin sister. "Do not worry, I will make sure we do talk about this later". She said as they both left for their Aunt's apartment.
