Vin watched closely as Snow walked towards him without a smile on his face. Number one important thing about this whole lack of emotional display was because, one, he was in Dravil's form and Two, the aura emitting from him was deadly.
However, Snow didn't give away any awkward motive, instead, he spoke up, regarding the Northern Kingdom.

Snow cleared his throat before Beginning, "The Northern kingdom is far different from the Southern and as you may know it, the majority of death caused in the Northern kingdom are caused by Vampires, of course which are different to that of the Southern Kingdoms which are caused by demons.
"Now, in the Northern kingdom, which is the main kingdom for Mages in training to become Rank S, there are rules which differ from the southern."
