As the first light of dawn approached, the veil of darkness began to lift, slowly exposing the events that had taken place during the night. Vin stood closely to Lucas, who recounted everything that had happened. It was evident from Lucas's demeanor that he was afraid of Vin. Their attention was drawn to a portal leading to Didon, right before their eyes.
Akio approached Vin with a stern expression on his face. "You destroyed the village," he accused.
Vin hesitated for a moment before responding, "Well, the village was already in ruins to begin with. I just happened to clear away the debris..."
"Your attack obliterated the entire village!"
