Steven raced through a secret route. His breath and rushed movement, makes it clearly known, a thing or two was wrong.
He ran away from his crimes, with hands in the air, thinking all would be fine.
Carefully, he passes through a small road. His hands gripped on different rocks and fingers slipped through in any cracks.
Leaving the hard path, he quickly increased his speed, eyes on the opening and light ahead.
"At last, the exit" He smiled, wanting to leave.
Yet, he forgot an important detail; His sins stinked the air, and this wicked act would lead him straight to the burning stalk.
"No you don't!"
Eden came in front of him, with his eyes fixed on the man's face. Anger lit in his eyes, no doubt he won't be leaving the Village alive.
