"What's a Spidux doing here in the tunnels?"
Eden squinted his eyes at the wall, remembering the creature camouflages with his surroundings. This way, it could get closer to the prey.
"Well, I also thought as much. Why won't the tunnel be protected? At least, by something" Vin closed up the space he had between Eden. The created fireballs served as means of lightning up the room. More importantly, it was better and much easier to spot a Spidux at this condition.
"Now that we know a Spidux is ready to kill us, maybe eat our tender flesh, what and how are we going to do about it?"
"We look for the slightest movement among the walls. Spidux are extremely dangerous and well good with blending with their environment" Vin said, watching each and every wall. The shape, the shadow casted, the burning flames. All these were his main focus.
"If we could maintain silence, won't it be–"
"Get down!"
