Commotion filled the room as cries and screams lifted to the heavens.
Some Rank S mages came in. Their faces serious and only words were,
"Protect the princess! Save the Villagers!!"
The princess, Diana, was quickly surrounded by knights, ready to fight.
Taking a sword from one of them, she said, "I too would defend my kingdom from all those demons."
The people cheered loudly for her bravery, while hiding from the horrors yet to come.
Taking a look around, her eyes suddenly set on the calmest person in the room; Vin.
His composure, steady and quiet, made her stare totally unbelievable.
"Vincent–"
She was about to call him, when he carried all the toddlers back to their parents.
"Please, stick closely to your children" He warned them. "Demons are coming in. Stay close and keep an eye on them."
After his words, the Villagers all watched in horror as a loud banging sound was heard on the door.
