Gu Wei noticed how his boss kept checking his phone throughout the meeting and when they were both alone in his office, he gathered his courage and asked "Is Mr Li expecting a call?"
Li Lingyun raised his head to look at Gu Wei and asked "Is it obvious?"
"Sir has been checking his phone every minute since the meeting." Gu Wei replied.
Li Lingyun sighed and said "Do me a favor, pick Li Xiao up from school and bring her to the house."
"Yes sir." Gu Wei replied and left.
After Gu Wei left, Li Lingyun took his phone from the desk and called Lin An and when the call went through he said "Where is Lin Yan?"
"Isn't she your wife, how would I know where she is?"
"Lin An, I'm being serious right now."
Lin An sighed and said "You are being worried for nothing. Lin An will never harm Li Yuze."
"Not intentionally, I know that. But I promise her that I will be there to stop her whenever she lose control."
"She isn't losing control."
