The long-awaited day finally came. Well, the long-awaited day for Edgar finally came. Never before had Edgar ever been so excited to celebrate turning one year older. Normally he was not looking forward to traveling out of town to see his grandmother and relatives who gathered not to celebrate him but to ask him for something.
The servants left in the early hours of the morning, all excited to have a day off of work and even better, spend it at a house Edgar provided for them.
