Dando's location could not be gotten. According to Joel, the call was made from a scrambled cell phone which was a bit hard to navigate the location. It would take a long minute to get the location only if the caller was still on phone for that long period.
Mr President had to prepare a meeting with some of his cabinets and this time the president of Ghana. He needed to be part of the meeting due to the antagonist involved. Whether they liked it or not, dando was still a citizen of Ghana and the government of ghana must be involved in whatever actions that would be placed on him.
