He wasn't going out as a human but as a vampire. This time, he didn't care if he gets seen, or if e wanted to bring back his woman.
Entering into the night, at his full speed, Arnold traced her scent to a certain length till it stopped and something else caught his attention. Another scent. Of blood!
From afar, he could hear someone screaming and yelling for help. It was a woman's voice. No matter how he tried to ignore it and continue with his search, he just couldn't. So he decided to go see what it was. Arnold tries to remind himself that it shouldn't bother him that someone else was in danger, but he couldn't resist the temptation. He had to pause his search to go attend to it.
