Princess Shila and her mother; Queen Vira was having a serious conversation. Queen Vira was so curious to know who was the lucky man that has won her daughter's heart.
"Now tell me Shila" Queen Vira insisted as she adjusted close to Shila.
"M..mom, hope you won't be mad?" Her words crumpled nervously.
"I don't know yet" The queen pouted her lips.
"It's...it's...Am..." Shila was so nervous. She really don't want her mother to find out the forbidden romance she has with Amdis.
"Don't be nervous Shila, I'm your mother you can tell me anything" She assured Shila.
"It's Amdis" She finally spoke and let out a deep sigh.
"Excuse me dear, who is Amdis, Have I met him before?"
"No mom, he's from the R..RIC..." Queen Vira then cut off Shila's word short as she stood up in awe.
"What!" Queen Vira was shocked. "How could you have fallen in love with a mere vampire from the RIC tribe? What has come over you" The queen yelled.
"Mom please bring your voice down so that dad won't hear you" Shila said panicking.
"You are doing a risky thing." She then sat back on the bed and reduced her voice.
"Mom I really love Amdis" She confessed.
"That's an impossible relationship"
"It's not an impossible one mom" She spoke almost in tears.
"So he's the reason why you neglected the marriage proposal?" Queen Vira questioned.
"Yes Mom and we love each other whole heartedly." Shila spoke in a faint tone.
"You don't know anything about love. This word LOVE is not an ordinary word or a mere statement as for the word l LOVE YOU is a powerful statement. You can't fall in love just like that. Love is not a child's play." Queen Vira lectured.
"That's correct mom but why did you and dad planned and arranged marriage for me when you know we don't love each other" Shila asked curiously.
"That's your father's Idea, he wants a political marriage." Queen Vira smiled at her daughter.
"Oh really!!"
"Let me enlighten you more my dear. Love is found in the heart as true love can be expressed through feelings, a strong feeling and affection. Love is not just a hear say, not a word for fun. Love is an expression of true feelings." Queen Vira lectured further as she stopped to catch her breath.
"Mom" She called out in awe. "How did you come up with all these?"
"My mother used to tell me these back then."
"You see mom, I'm lucky to have you as my mother. Who will have you and still lacks? I love you mom" She said excitedly as she hugs her mother.
Queen Vira was so emotional as she hugs her daughter back. "Are you still changing your mind?"
"No, I'm not mom" She boldly said.
"I can see that you really love this guy but the question is dies he love you?" Queen Vira asked in return making Shila to just stare.

Back in the RIC tribe in Zane and Amdis courtyard. The both men was having a serious discussion.
"I need to see Shila. I can't even imagine how her face looks like. I really want to see her". Amdis sobbed
"You need to snap out of this Amdis. She's gone and gone for good." Zane blurted.
"How are you sure she married to that noble Commander?" Amdis asked with a questioning look in his face.
"It's a political marriage for crying out loud" Zane said almost yelling at least he was wrong.
"You are wrong Zane, Princess Shila did not marry the noble commander." D'arcy spoke out of thin air as he then appeared in their midst. "She's waiting patiently for Amdis" he continued.
"Is that so, Shila is waiting for me. I need to see her."
"You can't Amdis" He spoke worriedly.
"You need to stop discouraging Amdis because nothing can come in the midst of true love even if it's an impossible relationship." D'arcy warned.
"I mean no harm" Zane spoke with confusion written all over his face.
"Prince D'arcy I can understand Zane's plite" Amdis backed up Zane.
"I know what you mean. Two people can look at the same thing and see it differently." The prince lectured making the two men to stare at themselves.
"But I don't know how I can see Shila" The worried Amdis spoke.
" Hmm.. maybe the demarcation part between our tribe and theirs". Zane suggested.
"No, King Daric's men will be invading there so that's not a good idea".
D'arcy warned with a serious face.
"So..."
"... I'll help you... I'll take you to her"
D'arcy suggested.
"That's a brilliant one" Uttered Zane
"Amdis ...?" The prince called.
" Yes crown Vamp prince D'arcy" Amdis responded.
" Do you mind seeing her now"
" Yes please" Amdis spoke excitedly without hesitation.
"Okay then just hold onto me" He then faced Zane. "Would you like to come along?"
"Of course not" Zane said firmly
"Okay then we'll be back" He spoke some incantations and he disappeared with Amdis and appeared inside Shila's room thankfully she was the only one there.
"Amdis my love" She was shocked and ran to hug him.
"My princess" He hugs her back. " I'm sorry for not proving myself to you.
"It's no big deal" She then noticed D'arcy's presence and bowed to greet him. "Greetings Crown RIC Vamp Prince and soon to be god of the vampires."
"Greetings to you crown princess Shila" D'arcy responded not wanting to interrupt them.
"Now I promise to never leave you no matter the circumstances" Amdis held her hand and promised her.
"I missed your warn embrace" She cuddled him.
"Me too. Thanks for not giving up on me, now I promise to send out messages to you as often as..." Shila then shut him up with a tender kiss.
"Shhhh... feel the pressure of my lips. It's been longing for yours" she spoke beneath the kiss.
They both kissed each other passionately and hungrily at the same time. Longing for each other's lips as Shila moan in between the kiss. Amdis then bit Shila's upper lips making her to shiver in pleasure leaving D'arcy speechless.
