(At the principal's office)
"I see you're the new student and surprisingly you're not a transfer student but I guess you'd manage and I'd call for a student to show you around the school so you know how to get around without getting lost." She offered kindly and I'd admit I was enjoying the kind gestures already.
"Thanks Miss Prestfield."
"No problem."
"Miss Kaitly, can you come to my office?" The principal spoke through the announcement speaker.
"I'm on my way."
"You called for me Miss Prestfield?" Kaitly politely talked to the principal while also simultaneously saying what she was doing in the principal's office to the guards that stayed on the side.
The principal has guards to protect her from naughty students who'd want to use their powers against the principal just for their own entertainment.
"I'd like you to show our new student round the school and help her get settled in."
"Yes Miss Prestfield."
"Follow me."
"Alright" Zelda said as she followed Kaitly out of the principal's office.
(In the school cafeteria.)
"Errr why are we in the school cafeteria first? How about the library, classes and all that? You ain't gonna take me to those?" Zelda asked getting rilled up already.
"Calm your nerves lady, were getting to that, were at the school cafeteria because I'm hungry and also because food is my middle name so I need to feed myself before going to showing you round this school because it's huge and tiring to tour around." Kaitly had to say something to calm the rilled woman next to her.
"Ok....." Zelda tried to calm down when she herself didn't even know why she was getting nervous in the first place.
Last she could remember she didn't give a sh*t what anyone thought of her so why the change now?
Well ladies and gentlemen the culprit herself couldn't even answer the question herself so she decided to stop with the wild thoughts running haywire in her head.
"You can get food too if you want." Kaitly announced.
"Sure." Zelda nodded curtly add after saying that.
"Hey girl! I'd have my usual please." Kaitly turned her attention to the woman serving the food in the cafeteria.
"Sure it'd be ready righttttttt now." The woman turned around to get Kaitly's order.
"Here's your order." The lady announced putting Kaitly's order on the table.
"Thankyou."
"Anything for the blonde?" The lady serving asked politely.
"I'd take black coffee please." Zelda said casually.
"Rare but ok." The lady serving them just shrugged it off.
"My coffee type is rare?" Zelda was confused to say the least.
"Yeah it is because lots of students just go for snacks or smoothies, juices etc but you ordered for black coffee." Kaitly took the pleasure to explain to her.
"Don't students order coffee at all here?" Zelda asked as she was still amused on the information she just heard.
"They do but they don't order black coffee cuz it's bitter except for Princess Daphne, that's her favorite." Kaitly said while gushing a little in the process of explanation once again.
"Cool I guess." Zelda finished off trying to keep the conversation going.
"Yeah."
"Here is your order miss." The waiter said returning with Zelda's order and interrupting the ongoing conversation which pretty much seemed like it was over already.
"Thanks."
Setting it down on the table, the new girl gulped in everything in one go.
"Gurl! Are you human?" Kaitly blurted in surprise.
"Obviously not." Zelda said sarcastically.
"Shit that came out wrong, I mean how can you drink everything in one go, that shit takes years of practice." Kaitly corrected herself.
"No fucking kidding, I've had a lot of practice so no worries." Zelda divulged.
"What are your powers?" At this point Kaitly was really curious to know.
"And I don't kiss and tell." Of course Zelda didn't tell Kaitly as she didn't think it was relevant for her to know.
"So you're thinking of kissing me?" Apparently Kaitly on the other hand misunderstood the whole point entirely.
"No, I'm not interested." Zelda answered without care and then added a bored expression to complete the whole font she was displaying.
"Are you straight?" Kaitly asked as a question that was not a question.
"A lesbian but what's with all the questions?" Right now Zelda had it up to her neck and was trying to calm her breathing down so she won't look like a dragon about to shoot out fireballs from her mouth.
"I'm asking for a friend." Kaitly quickly rushed out.
"You haven't seen or been anywhere since the principal asked you to show me around." Zelda looked at Kaitly from head to toe and again when she said that.
"Whatever happened to mind links?" Kaitly sassed back while rolling her eyes.
"You're a werewolf?" Zelda said as a question rather than a confirmation.
"Yes I am."
"But your friend can't see me and hasn't seen me yet. How is she sure she'd like me?" She couldn't believe this type of ridiculousness, it was obvious to Zelda at this point that Kaitly and her supposed friend wherever she is were crazy.
"Well good thing she's here now, turn around." A little but noticeable smirk played on Kaitly's lips as she watcher her friend join them at their table as she sipped her coffee as if watching drama unfold in front of her.
