The punishment feature on missions is hardly touched by Theo. He saw no advantage in using the feature at all.
Theo understood the intent and purpose that Samantha mentioned. But that still hasn't changed his opinion about the uselessness of the punishment feature.

Samantha stressed it. She wanted to make Rosalina's development even faster by increasing the level of difficulty and having punishments that made even dying people not want to fail.
