The cute voice of a little girl shouted out and offered the Redscale fruits that have blood red color to the people passing by in front of the stall.

The little girl is Metis. The Little Elf disguised herself as a human with long brown hair, a beanie that covers her ears and a little makeup that makes her facial skin darker than usual.

Standing not far from the Little Elf, Rosalina with brown curly hair, different eye color, and an eyepatch covering one eye.

Standing beside the street, the woman offered the various clothes in her hands.

"Get this now! The latest trending clothes from the capital! Come on, come on! Come on, madam, please take a look! It's popular, from commoners to nobles, everyone wears this dress! "Is that true?" asked one of the men passing by.

A man with an oily face, tousled hair, a wide shiny forehead and teeth that were missing in several places.

Seeing the figure, Rosalina was silent for a moment. She even had to block her eyes from the sunlight reflecting off the wide forehead of the man in front of her. A few seconds later, Rosalina gave a big smile.

"Of course, Young Master. I guarantee that people will glance at you when you wear our clothes!"

"Ooh~!"

The man's eyes lit up for a moment. He looked at the clothes in Rosalina's hands like a treasure. While Rosalina looked at the person in front of her with narrowed eyes because of the light that hurt the eyes.

'Yeah, I guarantee you, even without these nice clothes, people will keep glancing at you, you walking lamp!'

"Then, I'll take this one!"

"Thank you!"

Rosalina's smile instantly grew wider with a more cheerful tone. She handed over the clothes the customer wanted and saw the man walking away humming happily. Not noticing that the people around him were glancing at him with piercing gazes after being hit by a painful light.

"Sigh~ I thought I would go blind."

Rosalina immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

"Can we make our forehead shine like that, Sister? I think it will attract a lot of customers to come."

Metis while asking with a cheery tone.

"Don't even think about it, Metis. Please."

Elsewhere, Jabbar's residence.

Jabbar hasn't had time to solve the problems in his family. A new problem suddenly came knocking on his front door.

A young man with white hair and brown skin came to visit.

"Mr. Jabbar, this is from my parents. They say that it's really nice to see you survive from the hands of the bandits. Hearing that you fell victim to Cray really hurt both of them. They don't want to lose a good rival like you, sir."

Said the young man with a smile on his face. His eyes were smiling too, narrowed like crescent moons, but for Jabbar, he couldn't believe that smiling face.

He was sure that there was something else the young man was hiding or wanting.

Kansley Bentam. The heir of a lowly noble Baron Bentam, who strangely owns a fairly large company, Moonrise.

Midsun and Moonrise are two of the three largest companies in Solmare. Not only in Solmare, they are also among the 20 most influential companies in the entire Amberley Kingdom.

Therefore, Kansley's coming to his place was definitely not just to utter some pleasantries like this.

'What does Moonrise want this time?'

Jabbar thought as he glanced at the dozen bodyguards that Kansley brought. Going to a business rival's place with that many fighters is the same as declaring war.

But Jabbar didn't feel that Podrick Bentam, Kansley's father and current owner of Moonrise would do such a stupid thing.

"Thank you, Young Master Bentam, convey my gratitude and greetings to your parents."

Jabbar said with a friendly smile which then seconds later, the smile dropped, and his eyes turned serious.

Noticing the change in the atmosphere in Jabbar, Kansley, who was still wanting to make small talk, immediately fell silent.

His face was still full of smiles, but Jabbar could see from Kansley's eyes that the young man was now emitting a cold aura.

'Not Podrick. Looks like this Kansley has business here.'

Jabbar concluded after seeing the behavior of the young man in front of him. Once again he scanned the guards Kansley had brought. He then raised his hand to signal one of the maids in the room.

Seeing this signal, the servant immediately rushed off. Seeing this, Kansley squinted.

"So, what business did Young Master Bentam come to my place for?"

"Is your son at home, Mr Jabbar?"

Hearing this, Jabbar's expression immediately changed.

"He hasn't been home for five days. Why? Does the Young Master have an appointment with my son?"

"Well, yeah. Previously we were talking about business cooperation. In fact, we've already made a pretty well-thought-out plan. But it seems the plan suddenly went south.

"For the last few days I have been waiting for your son to come, to discuss the continuation of plans. Failure in business is common. But sadly he didn't show up.

"Does he regret it? Is he frustrated? Afraid of consequences? I want to know what's on his mind right now. How about it, Mr. Jabbar? Is this enough of a reason for my coming here?"

Kansley explained in a tone that seemed to be mocking. Hearing this, Jabbar actually got angry. Because it seems like the one who influences his son's action is the young man in front of him. But he managed to keep his emotions from overflowing.

"May I know what business you are talking about?"

"Sorry, Mr Jabbar. But that's a secret between us. Even my own father didn't know it. But keep this in mind, this business will ensure the continuity of both companies in the future. The two of us are just two sons thinking about the future of the company, so you don't have to worry."

"Sorry, but I don't buy that. I just hope, whatever business you guys talk about, don't think of it as a game."

"Hahaha, maybe you're right. But Mr Jabbar, games and business are the same to me. Both are something fun. Although in the last few days, there is one game that has become less fun."

Kansley gave a smile. Didn't care about Jabbar's response to the plan he was devising or the game he called it. Because for him, Jabbar should already be dead.

But due to one or two miracles, the old man was still able to keep his life.

"Ah, by the way, there's something I want to know. The adventurer who rescued you from Cray's base. Can I know who he is? You must know his identity, right?"

"Why do you want to know? Lord Solmare won't let me open my mouth about this."

"Oh, come on, an adventurer who can raid the bandit base alone. Who doesn't want to know about him? I would even pay a high price to get his services? Maybe he wants to be one of our employees?"

Jabbar paid close attention to the behavior of the young man. Was it true that he just wanted to know Rosalina's identity to hire her?

No, there was something else he wanted. Knowing Rosalina's identity should be easy for Baron Bentam's influence and money.

"Sorry, Young Master. But my mouth is locked. I don't want to disobey Lord Solmare's orders."

"Oh, what a shame."

As the words were spoken. One of the guards behind Kansley came over and whispered something in his ear.

Kansley nodded then turned to Jabbar. But this time the cold aura that had radiated earlier had disappeared like an illusion.

"Well then, Mr Jabbar. There is something important I have to attend. When your son comes home, please let him know I'm looking for him."

Moments later, after Kansley returned to his house. One of the guards came kneeling in front of him.

The shadow of the guard quivered and a figure emerged from the shadows and knelt down in front of Kansley.

"You found her?"

The man who came out of the shadow shook his head.

"Sorry, Master Kans. Unfortunately I found no sign of the elf in the Jabbar residence."

"Tsk, yeah… this game is really turning into something bad."
