Lina came upstairs and saw Dae Ju sleeping. She closed the window as a cold wind was coming from it. She put a blanket on Dae Ju. After this, she went to take a shower. As the bathtub has been repaired, she could bath in it. So, she filled the tub with fresh and cold water as she likes to take shower with cold water. But, this time the water was colder than before because it was cold outside. She needs some hot water but their boiler system has been broken for five months and they didn't repair it. So, she boiled some water in a big pot and to bring them, she went downstairs again. Within a few minutes, she came up with the hot pot. This time she was slow and very careful. She poured the water into the tub and checked the water if it's warm enough. She put the pot outside and went inside again. When she dug her whole body into water, she felt refreshed and her whole mind gets cleared. She doesn't think about her bad memories or moments. She put off her clothes and went into the water. It was very refreshing and enjoyable for her. She forgot her tiredness of the whole day. When she came out, she was feeling nice. She wrapped her towel around her body and came out. She thought Dae Ju was sleeping yet and indeed he was.
But he was in light sleep and suddenly he opened his eyes. As he was half sleeping, he got afraid of seeing her. He couldn't think it was Lina, He thought it was the evil who was chasing him. Lina was being dressed so she didn't notice him. After a few seconds, Dae Ju could see her well and recognized her. So, he felt relieved but also embarrassed by seeing her half-dressed. He closed his eyes immediately but he wanted to see more. As it doesn't suit his personality, he kept closing his eyes. But suddenly he felt hot so he pulled off the blanket slowly so that she couldn't notice it. But she saw him moving and until then she was in her full clothes.
She noticed that the blanket which she kept on him a while ago was kept beside him. When she looked at him, his eyes remain closed so she thought he pulls the blanket off in his sleep. So she went close to him. Though Dae Ju couldn't see her his heart rate increased and he was feeling hot. But Lina came to him and put the blanket on him again. She didn't notice that he started sweating, she thought he must be cold. But she was wrong. He would have felt cold if she wasn't there but now she was there and her existence makes him hot. He continued pretending as he was sleeping but he also wanted to see her face right then. She was about to leave but suddenly he called her name with a very little voice. She thought he was in his dream and Dae Ju wanted her to believe it. She was curious to know what was he talking about. So, she went very close to him. She wanted to listen to him and that's why she put her ear very near to Dae Ju's mouth and tried to listen carefully. But all she could hear was his heartbeat.
"What? I thought he called me!" she was mumbling in her mind. Her wet and long hair fell on his face and his face got wet. It was cold but he was feeling nice. Her hair has a nice smell and he can smell it well. Lina gets up but her hair stuck on his button and she couldn't exceed her hairs. She was feeling hurt and as she couldn't see where it stuck exactly, she had no other choice but to wake him up. Though Dae Ju was seeing all of this, he finds it funny and he wanted to know what she would do after it. But seeing her getting hurt he couldn't pretend anymore. He looked at his shirt and saw that her hair was stuck on his second button. He slowly exceeded them from his shirt. Lina surprised but asked,
"Did I wake you up?"
"What were you doing? I was having a nice dream!" he acted cold though he knows he failed.
"I was just checking...." she was hesitating while talking.
"Checking what?" he asked coldly again and sit down.
"You were saying something so I was just checking..." she couldn't get the right answer. She remembered something and to change the topic, she said,
"But, your heartbeat was too fast! Are you feeling sick? Did you have your medicines?" Dae Ju forgot to take medicines so he stayed silent and looked at her with a guilty face.
"I knew it! Why do you keep doing that? Since when I have to take care of you?" She was getting angry and Dae Ju got it.
"Ah! I will take it. Don't worry." Dae Ju tried to calm her down. She looked at him but didn't open her mouth and took the medicine's packets. She gives him the medicines and told him to serve himself. But he doesn't know which of them he has to take. So he was sitting silently and waiting for her if she told him something about it. But when he noticed she wasn't saying anything, she was just looking at him, he asked her,
"Which should I take?" he thought he will get scold but he forgot that Lina never scolded him like his mom and Seo Jin does. Actually, she scolded him several times but her voice was too sweet that it never counted as scold. Lina sighed and sat beside him. She took two packets and took one from each and gave it to him. He accepted the medicines with his palm and put them in his mouth. She gave him water and he drank those with one gulp.
"I am sleepy. I am going." Lina yawned and saying this she put back the packet of the medicines where it belongs. Dae Ju didn't say anything because he had a lot of things going on his mind. Dae Ju also lied down again but this time there was no sign of sleep in his eyes. What will he do? He couldn't get any answer. He kept thinking again but couldn't get any solution. Though he was not good at memorizing, he remembered Yeon Hoon's number as he was the leader of their team and they have a good interaction with his team. He adores the boys too as they live in the same building. And Yeon Hoon was on his favorite list though his mind has been changed he still loves him. And he wanted to protect him. So, he took his phone and copied the link to the news and send it to Yeon Hoon's number.
Yeon Hoon was grabbing a can of beer in his hand. He was still thinking about the moment. But he didn't know what happened in the shopping mall. He was like floating on the air. If he stayed with her one more minute, he doesn't know what will happen. He was sitting in his room with some cans of beer. Suddenly his phone beeped and he understood that someone texted him. But he was not in the mood so he didn't look at it. He already drinks two cans and the third was in his hand. But he should check it right then if the video went viral, he could be in a huge problem but as he was in his world, he didn't even think about these.
"Yo, what's u..." as his door was not locked, one of his team members came and saw him drinking.
"Hey! Why are you drinking that much?" he asked Yeon Hoon.
"What?" Yeon Hoon felt annoyed and asked.
"I came to tell you something! But, I don't think I should tell you that now." said his friend.
"Go ahead, I am sober yet," said Yeon Hoon.
"After finishing three cans?" his teammate surprised. As Yeon Hoon was sitting on the floor he also sat beside him. He noticed that Yeon Hoon's phone was vibrating which was kept beside him.
"Hey! You have a call. Don't you gonna receive it?" saying this he took the phone and saw the video link. The caption attracted his eyes though he was surprised. He couldn't control his curiosity so he taps on the link. He watched the full video with a very astonished face.
"W-what i-is i-it?" he was hesitating while saying it. Yeon Hoon couldn't understand what he was talking about. He was drunk and he couldn't listen to him well. Without getting an answer, his friend asks him again,
"A-are y-you r-r-really d-d-dating?" faltering his friend. Now, he could understand what his friend wanted to say.
"No! How could you say such thing?" said Yeon Hoon with intoxicated eyes.
"Then, what is this?" his friend got afraid and showed him the video. Yeon Hoon also watched the video and now he comes back to his sense. He was drinking light alcohol though he wasn't used to drinking heavy alcohol. That's why he was not fully drunk.
"What? Is it really me? F**k! What should I do now? It's not true! We are not dating! She is my....." he stopped.
"She is your what? Cousin?" his friend asked.
"No! She has no blood relation with me. We are just.... friend!" he explained to his friend.
"Really? Didn't you know that you can't keep any girl as your friend? Now, what will you do?" his friend was annoyed with him.
"I don't know. What should I do? This video is not viral yet, right?" asked Yeon Hoon in a rush.
"Maybe not. Who knows? But, why?" his friend asked him curiously.
"Let's go for some help," said Yeon Hoon. He was intelligent and he knows what he should do.
"Where? To the manager?" asked his friend with a fearsome voice.
"Are you crazy? He will kill me if he knows," he said then he stood up.
"Then, where?" his friend also stood up but he didn't understand anything.
"Come with me if you want." he took his phone and walked away from there.
"Okay, I am coming! Wait for me!" His friend shouted and follow him. When they came out and almost leave the corridor, they met Jung Haeok.
"Didn't you guys go to sleep yet?" he was going to the second floor but seems like he returned from somewhere just then.
"Ah! Hello, sunbae-nim(senior)!" both of them bowed to him with a smile though it was not a moment for smile.
"Hello! It's already late. So, go to sleep instead of going outside, got it?" saying this he left from there.
"Yes!" both of them bowed to him once more and replied together. But who listens to their seniors? They have to go and they almost run out. Yeon Hoon went to his car as he was almost drunk he told his friend to sit on the driver's seat and start the car. Then he gets inside the car and starts leading his teammate. Within fifteen minutes, they reached the police station.
"You take me here? Seriously?" his friend asked him with an angry look.
"Aish! Just come with me! They are the only one who can help us!" saying this Yeon Hoon get off of the car and went inside. It was already 11.30 pm but seems like they have a lot of work so they couldn't go home. His friend has to park the car so he couldn't follow him. He joined him after parking the car but until then Yeon Hoon came to a detective and start explaining his problem.
[On the other side]
Dae Ju was moving here and there. He couldn't sleep and he gets up. He knows those kids(Yeon Hoon and his teammates) very well and he trusts them. He knows that if they get aware of this, they will definitely take any action and fix everything. If they could fix it, then he doesn't need to worry about Lina. She will be okay. And he felt happy by thinking that she won't go to meet him again. Though he adores the boy he couldn't see Lina with him. Because he doesn't look at her with a respectable eye. He always looked at her as he lost inside her and this he couldn't bear. Ah
"Everything happens for good!" he sighed and took his phone again.
