It's been exactly thirty minutes since William woke up from sleep, and found out that he was being locked up in a dirty dark room with no appearance of his mother being there with him. The young child was traumatized since the only thing he remembered was being on a shopping spree with his mother and aunt.
William, being the smart kid he was, didn't start crying, if his hunch was correct about his father being the one who had taken him. Then disturbing him with his cries wasn't the best approach to his situation. Rather he folded his knees up to his jaw sitting up on the rough old bed, where he found himself on top and waited for his dad to come get him.
