That's what other children do,and besides she sometimes doesn't even stay awake for up to ten minutes while he is reading her bedtime stories.

"You are still awake princess?"He asked,pushing a few strands of her hair away from her face,before planting a kiss on top of her head.
"I couldn't fall asleep daddy"She replied,her tiny hands moving forward to rub his jaw,while smiling for reasons best known to her.
It was late,a few minutes past ten actually and she's still awake. This was the part where she's going to insist on not going to school tomorrow, just because she didn't have a good night's rest.
