I started to get closer to my coworkers, Stacy and Ryan. Both of them had been so supportive when I came back, and we even started spending time together outside of work. Ryan would never admin it, but he was crushing hard on Madison. I would never tell her, since she liked to run through men, and he seemed like a nice guy; I would never do that to him.
Not that I didn't love Madison, but her profession made it hard to imagine her settling down with someone. Ryan, he was a bit of bro, but he was actually and okay person when he let his guard down. He acted like that because that is what his friends wanted him to be. That was what you see with a lot of people, they change who they are to please those around them.
