Andrew got the news about his mother's return to the palace. Simone wondered why Andrew did not show any kind of excitement. He remembered well how close Andrew was to his mother.
"I have to go out for some work," Andrew left his seat when Simone stopped him.
"Shouldn't His Highness meet his mother?" Simone suggested to him.
"Later," Andrew replied with a cold look and walked out of his study. Simone sighed and prayed for their relationship to heal soon.
Andrew encountered his mother midway. However, he ignored her when Beatrice held his forearm. "Son, I missed you," she said with teary eyes.
"I have to go out," Andrew said and removed his mother's hand from his forearm. He took a step forward when Beatrice told him Charlotte and Édouard had forgiven her. He should not be upset with her anymore.
"I am not kind like them," Andrew stated.
