The next day was Saturday, the beginning of the weekend.
Hisaki woke up early and prepared breakfast not only for herself but, also for Heisuke and Mrs. Saeki. She had notified them last night even though her old man told her to just sleep in. Heisuke insisted that he could make breakfast for them.
After a short talk, Hisaki agreed to cook breakfast while Heisuke would prepare lunch. Their discussion over who was cooking which meal amused Mrs. Saeki.
"Don't just stick inside this apartment. You two should go take a stroll ah. The weather's nice," mentioned Mrs. Saeki after finishing her breakfast.
Hisaki and Heisuke exchanged a glance. It was easy to tell that Mrs. Saeki just wanted both of them to have time for themselves even though they had just returned from a trip together.
"How about we go to the market? We can buy ingredients for lunch and dinner," Hisaki gathered the dirty bowls and chopsticks together, "My fridge is almost empty."
