Hisaki followed Heisuke back to the ward. She felt bad for causing him to worry about her until he himself came out to look for her.
But, her old man's actions managed to soothe her fears. Some still lingered behind but, it was already enough for now.
"Heisuke, Hisaki, we'll go to the hotel first," said Mr. Hokama, "Immediately contact us if there's anything you need."
"Alright. Thanks, Uncle Yoshito," Heisuke nodded, sounding so grateful.
"See you later," said Hisaki while bowing at the elders.
Slightly over one o'clock, Mrs. Saeki, Mr. Hokama and the Chisaka couple left the hospital, heading to the hotel where Kenji had booked their rooms. They hadn't gotten any rest since early morning.
At the same time, they purposely did so to give the lovebirds some alone time. Takuya had yet to come. His class continued until four.
Inside the ward, only Heisuke and Hisaki were left behind. The other two beds remained unoccupied until now.
