Jay' is a position holder Masters in Department of Political Science, Public Administration in utkal university topped with 1st class second position, as by making increased 2 numbers the son of professor was given to maintain hierarchy though every one knew that Jay deserved the topper position but as he was from a rural background he was given this second grade. On reaching home town the secretary of upcoming college came requesting for bestowing in lecturer post with a promise that he will be placed before the higher education department for approval of this post. Accordingly Jay started working, the official came reviewing the college and posts working and have recommended the name of Jay & others for govt payment, the happiness of Jay knew no bound. Months went by, when the final approval letter from govt came Jay didn't found his name but in his place name of another who never worked on this college. Infuriated, angered Jay went to challenge it with Head of the college who expressed his inability in doing anything on such issues as these need to be tackled at appropriate legal level. Thus the tapestry unfolds one after another Jay went to education department shared his concern with its officers who tauntedly called that, that knew but go and get a court order for it, so that we will give on that basis. Jay went, filed a case in highcourt by giving huge fees to lawyer sacrificing what he had at that time. The lawyer showed him stunning results by stucking to other contenders payment and stated that the court has kept reserved' it's order. Years went by, to his most amazement Jay found that after 14 long years the court has passed an order directing him to approached the tribunal being a service matter but the cunning lawyer on taking huge monetary advantage from his other contender kept telling the wrong things and have already giving benefit of lakhs!
