Pascal was using the afternoon sun to read the Management Book as he walked around his city. After Sarah built the Cathedral of Reaching the second page of the Management Book opened, and with it a quest was issued to him. On the page of the book were a list of officials he needed to appoint, like the Governor, Head of Security and Militia, Head of Architecture and Building, there were a lot of Heads. He was on his way to find his Governor, who was going to be Morgana.
On his way, he met Sarah who was going to the cathedral. She had been going there every day ever since she saw that vision, Pascal was beginning to worry about her.
"Hey, Sarah."
"Hey." She smiled at him.
Pascal hummed, "Going to the cathedral again, I see."
"Pascal, don't start." She rolled her eyes and began walking away. Pascal followed her.
"Doing this won't change anything you know? You're a smart girl, you should know that just knowing the future won't help you change it, and even if you can change something, you definitely can't change that catastrophe yourself. If you will just tell everyone so we could prepare…"
"No!," Sarah whirled around, "Not yet. The future isn't set in stone, and I see different scenes every time I check. I just need to find out who would cause all the deaths and end them myself before they start."
"I thought you said you couldn't see them well! Is that what you've been doing all this time?"
"I will find them; I just need sometime – "
"After today, I will call an assembly, and I will tell everyone about the vision." Pascal said.
"Pascal!"
"No, Sarah, enough is enough." Pascal shook his head, "This isn't some minor squabble, you saw everyone die, Sarah. The people who choose to live in this kingdom are my people, and I would not endanger their lives because you're waiting on a technicality. I don't care who might cause the catastrophe, I only care that we are strong enough to protect ourselves. So, tomorrow, I will tell everyone about the vision and urge them to get stronger."
Without waiting for an answer, Pascal turned around and walked in another direction. He honestly didn't feel like what he said to Sarah was harsh, in fact he felt it wasn't harsh enough. He really couldn't understand her thinking, they both had a responsibility to look after the followers, wherever they might be, keeping such an information away from them was selfish. And since the catastrophe wasn't just coming for them but everyone, Pascal had decided to send someone to warn the other kingdoms. But he needed to wait for a while, they all needed to get stronger before they could interact with the other kingdoms. He knew his father well; he would not tolerate another city existing away from his control.
He needed his own militia force, which meant he needed more people.
But he unfortunately didn't know where all the other followers were, or if they even wanted to come to the kingdom.
Pascal sighed and tried to focus on finding Morgana, for now he would focus on what he could control.
Pascal reached into the bond he had with Zahir, he didn't need him to come to his side, he just needed his eyes. When he found the link he immediately activated [Shared Vison}, he learned from Ronan that [Shared Vison] was also available in the Tamer skill tree, so his bond with Zahir was like the Tamers and their tamed beasts, it's just that he and Zahir couldn't share skills, and they couldn't use [Merge].
After he activated [Shared Vision], his eyes went dark for a second, then he could see the top of the houses in the city, he could even see himself standing still not too far away. He asked Zahir to find Morgana, and after he said that his vision suddenly zoomed in. A dragon's eyesight was very powerful, he could see things up close even though Zahir was flying high in the sky, he could also see the magical energy that danced everywhere like fairies, he was sure that Zahir's growth will come with an even stronger eyesight.
It took a while for him to find Morgana, it took an even longer while for him to reach her, because she was outside the city gates with some friends. When he got there they were still talking amicably. He recognized only three people in their group; Morgana, George, and Rosalina.
Rosalina was very well known among the followers because she was the first person to discover a Variable in her element, which was Earth. According to her, she was practicing with her element near the place where they plant their crops when she witnessed a crop germinating from the ground. As she wondered if she could do the same with other crops, she unknowingly discovered the Plant Element. With the variation she had access to new set of skills, but more importantly, with the skill [Bloom] she could accelerate the growth of flowers and crops, so Pascal made her the Head of the Agricultural Department. Her and Rune Mages who had mastered the rune [Green Thumb] were responsible for the crops of the city.
Also, thanks to her they finally realized what a variable of an element entailed. She didn't lose her Earth Element, according to her, her skill tree grew another branch, and on that branch was the Plant Element skill tree. Since plants grow of soil, she was practically still using the same element and could switch in between them.
Pascal called Morgana to his side and told her that he wanted her to be his Governor.
Morgana hesitated for a moment before asking, "What does a governor even do?"
"A governor is the chief ruler of the magistrate." When she saw Morgana didn't understand that he tried to explain it simpler, "Basically, after me and Sarah, you have the highest power. You get to order all the other officials and solve their problems."
"So, I do the job you're too lazy to do?"
"Precisely."
"Okay, sure," Morgana rolled her eyes, "I'll be your governor, it was the two of us before anyone after all."
Pascal laughed and patted her shoulder, he understood what she said even if she didn't phrase the words right. Instead of leaving he decided to stay with her for a while, but because they were at the other side of the castle wall, they couldn't see Sarah running out of the city frantically.
…
Sarah fumed all the way to the cathedral. She couldn't understand why Pascal insisted on scaring everyone, not to mention he completely disregarded her efforts in finding the person who would be responsible for the calamity. She growled as she entered the cathedral and slammed the door shut.
She walked up to the altar, steadied her breath, calmed her emotions – even though it wasn't needed – and began looking into the future. As usual, she saw death and destruction, and as usual, when she tried to see the person's face it would be shrouded in a green tint.
"Ugh!" She grunted in anger as she removed her hands, she sat on the floor and cradled her face in her hands. She closed her eyes and recalled what she saw in the vision, and for a second the carnage she saw overlapped with the memory of the destruction of her village. She wasn't able to stop her village from being destroyed, was she also to watch everyone die again?
Sighing, she stood up again and put her energy into the alter, but this time she chose the near future and had a specific thought in her mind; 'Is any Follower in danger?'
The visons twisted into different scenes before stopping at one; there were two people – a man and a girl who looked eighteen – fighting against a man with a sword near the mountain not far from the city. 'Fighting' was an overstatement as it didn't take one minute for him to kill them. Sarah gasped as she watched this, but she was in a dilemma since she didn't know when it would happen. And it was not like she could sleep near the mountain, the scenario in the vison might not happen for days, if it even happened at all!
But she still decided to walk to the mountain, and she'd stay there for a little while, just to be safe.
On her way to the city gates, she met Henry. She was a bit surprised to see him outside since he'd holed himself inside the room, practicing until the rest of them came back home. He has been secretive with his training, even going as far as training outside the city instead of the arena like all of them. She hadn't really talked with him for a while since he had been avoiding everyone.
"You've finally decided to grace us with your presence, I see." Sarah said when he stopped in front of her instead of rushing away to another direction, "Alright, spit it out, what have you been working on? What do you want to surprise us with?"
Henry chuckled bashfully, "Sorry, but I knew that if I told you then George would know too, and I didn't want him teasing me."
"You can tell me. I'm good at keeping secrets."
"Well, it not a secret anymore, I've told David. I finally decided to choose a main element, having too many elements wasn't as fun as I thought, it's hard to remember them all, plus I couldn't mix skills. So, I choose the Space Element as my main element. But the Space Element needed a lot of practice to be used, and just using the element gave me a headache. Now, I only have a surface level understanding of the element, the more I practice the stronger the element gets. But I had to start over again so I don't have that many skills, and I just know that George would say something, so I – Sarah, are you okay?"
Sarah's face held a tint of fear, she recalled in her vision that Henry was using the Space element against the skeletons. Was it already happening? Were their final days coming soon?
"I'm fine." Sarah shakenly said.
"Are you sure? Your eyes went…"
"Don't worry, I just remembered something," She forced a smile, "Go practice your magic, I have somewhere to be now." She walked away under Henry's concerned gaze.
She had forgotten about going to the mountain and began walking aimlessly around the city. Was there nothing she could do to stop the vison from happening? She looked at the people as they walked about, some were chatting with their friends, a girl was summoning a slight breeze to cool her mother's temperature, a woman was scolding her child for trying to set his sibling on fire.
Was there nothing she could do to save their lives?
'I shouldn't have seen that vision' she thought.
"… and I just came back from there, the peaches I grew beside the mountain are ripe. The [Green Thumb] rune is very effective; it has just been five days!"
Of all the conversations happening all around her, this one made her stop in her tracks. Anytime she saw a vison she always tried her best to look at the surroundings, and she was sure she saw fully grown peach trees beside the mountain in the vision earlier!
'It's happening today!'
Sarah immediately bolted towards the gate, startling the people around her.
'I'm coming,' She thought, 'I'll save you!'
…
"Steady, steady!"
"I am steady!"
Damon glared a Jasmine exasperatedly, "You're not sitting steady, you don't have to sway with the boat!"
"Well excuse me, I've never been on a boat before!" Jasmine yelled back.
Damon sighed, "Just hold on tight, this river isn't that wide, we're almost there."
Jasmine grumbled silently, since the time they had bought the boat, she had been apprehensive, it wasn't until she got on the boat that she knew why; it turns out, she was scared of the water. Just thinking about how deep the river could be made her tremble, and the swaying of the boat didn't help either!
When they finally reached the other side she practically threw herself to the ground. She expected Damon to tease her, but he was silent. She looked back and saw him staring intently at the other side of the river, where they just came from. She traced his gaze to find a man standing there, even from where they were she could see him glaring at them.
"What the hell, who is he?" Jasmine's temper flared up immediately.
"I don't know," Damon muttered, "He was probably sent by Viscount Victor too."
"God, can't that man just leave us alone? It's not like we stole his entire fortune!" Jasmine rolled her eyes.
"Let's just go, I've heard about the Forsaken Lands before, it's easy for to get lost if you don't have a map to the specific place you're going to. He hasn't even gotten a boat yet; we'll lose him soon – "
Before he finished speaking, a red aura blazed around the man before condensing over his skin. He then walked forward and steadily stepped on the water and, to Jasmine's and Damon's shock, his didn't sink. He walked on water like he was walking on dry land.
"…Run." Damon whispered.
"What?!"
"Run!" He grabbed Jasmine's arm and bolted. Before she turned around Jasmine saw the man running towards them with great speed.
"Shit! What the hell is he?!" Jasmine yelled.
"He's a Swordsman, Jasmine. And he can walk on water, which means he's very strong, too strong for us to take on."
"You think I don't know that?!" Jasmine shouted, "I was just expressing my shock!"
Damon looked back and saw that the man had reached the river back, and was sprinting towards them faster than a horse.
"Shit, this won't work. We can't outrun him!" Damon stopped and grabbed Jasmine's shoulder, "We're going into the shadows!"
"Wait!" Jasmine equipped a smoke bomb form her storage space and threw it in front them, it exploded and created a smoke screen. By the time the man got there they had already disappeared.
In the Shadow Realm, they were in an uncomfortable state. Unlike other places the Forsaken Lands was twisting the Shadow Realm, every step they took was arduous.
"Fuck, what is wrong with this place?!" Jasmine grunted.
"I don't know, but we have to keep moving. Even though this place is off, the map shows that we are right on track. We just need to keep moving." Damon tugged her forward.
The air was vibrating and hazy, it was hard to see anything in the black-and-white world. The shadows seem to be eating everything and the light passages were dimming.
"We can't stay here any longer," Damon said as their surroundings grew darker and darker, "We're going to have to go out."
"But where though, do you know where we are? Are we just going to pick a random light shadow and jump through?"
Damon shrugged, "Its better than staying here, something feels wrong." They walked up to a passage and readied themselves to jump in.
"God, I hope we're not close to him." Jasmine said before they jumped through. They came out from under a tree, there were a lot of trees in fact around them, but no people.
"Yes! Come on, lets go. Follow this road." Damon said.
"Ugh," Jasmine tripped on a rock, "They're too many rocks here."
"I thought you were just uncomfortable around water, turns out any type of movement makes gives you discomfort."
"I knew you were going to say something sooner or later…"
As they were walking, the road beside the started going upwards, before they knew it they were walking beside a mountain.
"Whoa, this place is freaky!" Damon exclaimed.
Jasmine nodded as she stared at the mountain in awe and shock, the mountain came out of nowhere. When she tried to recall how they reached where they were her memory seemed normal, but the distance was shortened in reality. It made no sense to her. She looked back to see how far they had walked, then grabbed Damon and threw them both to the ground.
It was a rough treatment, but it saved their lives from the sword that was about to cut off their heads.
Damon caught up to the situation very quickly, he used his shadow to try and kill the man like he did Laker, but it couldn't penetrate the man's aura, it only pushed him back a few steps.
Damon and Jasmine scrambled backwards to create some space. 'How did he find us already?' Damon thought, his heart beating wildly in his chest because of the near-death encounter, 'And how did he did he sneak up on us with no sound?'
"Who sent you?! Was it Viscount Victor? If he had enough money to pay for a strong Swordsman like you, why is he still hounding us for a small bag of coins?! That fucker." Damon said.
"I see you've made other enemies beside me," The man spoke, "No matter, I am here to rid them of you. They can sleep better knowing you would be dead soon." Then he raised his palm and showed them ouroboros mark on it, it was just like the one they had found on Jasmine's palm a few days ago. Jasmine looked both marks in shock.
'I knew that mark would be trouble one day!' "Who are you?" Damon asked.
"My name is Lloyd Bayonne," He pointed his sword at Jasmine, "You killed my sister."
"Who?" Jasmine asked.
Lloyd glared at them harder, "Heather Bayonne."
"Who?" Damon asked.
"The woman you killed!" Lloyd lunged forward and reached them in a second. Damon rose his shadow up like a wall to protect them, but it was slashed through, before the blade could hit him Damon pulled them both with his shadow, causing Lloyd to sail past them. With a grunt Jasmine struck him with her whip has hard as she could, the energy packed in the blades blasted him backwards but didn't cause him any damage.
Before he stood back up Damon created tendrils with shadow and used it to attack him, Jasmine went to the side and did the same. Lloyd just stood there and let their attacks hit him, rubbing in their faces the fact that they couldn't hurt him. Then, as fast as the wind, he rushed forward and punched Damon in the stomach before kicking Jasmine to the ground.
"Give it up, you can't beat me!" Lloyd sneered down at them as they writhed on the ground, he walked up to Jasmine and raised his sword, "I avenge my sister with your death!" Then he brought his arm down.
"Jasmine!" Damon screamed. Jasmine watched the sword coming closer to her body in dismay, she wanted to move but it was too late –
Before the sword could hit her, it hit a series of golden shields. There was a flash of bright light coming from Lloyd's left and he closed his eyes on instinct, then a golden boot smashed into his face. He was kicked into the ground, he glared in shock at the golden girl with wings who appeared out of nowhere.
"Who the hell are you?! Mind your business!" He snarled, but before he could do anything he was entrapped by a golden cage with no openings. He yelled and smashed his sword on the golden walls over and over, he could feel himself slowly getting fatigued and knew that the cage did more than trap people.
After using [Uriel's Cage] Sarah turned to the two stunned people she saved, "Are you okay?" She asked.
"Thank you – You-you are the High Priestess!" Damon exclaimed when [Inspection] triggered. Jasmine was also shocked but didn't say anything, her mind and heart were still racing.
"You're welcome, but don't worry about that now. We need to get out of here, we can't beat him."
"What do you mean?"
"I checked him with [Inspection] when I came here, he's level 20, while I'm level 10, so it would be very difficult, if not impossible, to defeat him." Sarah explained. As she was speaking [Uriel's Cage] shook more and more.
"Let's go!"
"Wait!" Damon stopped them, "What if we don't need to defeat him?"
"What are you saying?" Jasmine asked.
Damon smirked a bit, "I have a plan."
Lloyd struck the cage repeatedly without rest, he wasn't scared that the girl who killed his sister would escape because he could always find where she was as long as she was alive, but he was worried that the girl with wings had reinforcements. He had enough pride in himself, but this was the Forsaken Lands, who knew what weird things could happen.
After a few more strikes, the cage burst into pieces, and he was immediately struck in the face as he broke free. His face just tilted to the side before glaring back at Jasmine. The girl with wings summoned numerous golden swords and shot them at him. Lloyd grunted as he parried and broke the swords as the attacked him, although she wasn't as strong as him, she was the most troublesome out of three of them, he could actually feel her attacks through the protective aura.
'I need to get rid of her first!' He dodged the swords and swiftly closed the distance between them, when he was a few feet close he saw her raise her palms.
"[Robust Blast]!" She spoke. A huge beam of light blasted forwards from her palms, Lloyd wanted to dodge it, but she shot it when both of his feet had left the ground.
'Shit, she timed it right!' Lloyd braced himself for the hit, then he was covered in golden light – but not really. In the other's eyes, it seemed like he was swallowed by the light, but the light actually slammed into him as hard a rampaging Iron Hide Bull.
"Ack!" Lloyd yelled as he was slammed into the mountainside. He dropped heavily to the ground; his bones were still rattling from the hit. Before he could do anything, a smoke bomb explode right in front of his face, then an especially bright sword cut through the dark smoke. The sword was so bright, Lloyd could feel the immense energy in it, so he readied his sword to block it.
But he didn't notice that the bright light on the sword also made his shadow darker, nor did he notice Damon stealthy arising from his shadow. Before he knew it, he was dragged in.
When the smoke cleared there was no one there, Jasmine bit her lips in agitation as she waited for Damon to appear. After a few seconds he shot out of a peach tree with a deep cut on his back.
"Damon!" Jasmine ran to him and knelt down beside him, "Oh god, this is really deep." She wept. She wanted to hug him close, but she knew that would only worsen the pain, so she could only watch him groan in pain.
"Don't worry," Sarah knelt beside her, "I still have enough mp to heal him." Then she raised her hand above the wound, "[Divine Heal]" she said. Soft golden lights spilled out of her palms and healed the wound with visible speed. Soon his back, although still bloody, was healed. After Damon was healed, he and Jasmine thanked her profusely, but she just waved her hands and told them not to worry about it.
Sarah tilted her head when she heard rapid footsteps coming their way, Jasmine and Damon jumped to their feet warily, but Sarah assured them that the only people this close to the mountain were other followers. And sure enough, Pascal, Morgana, George, Rosalina and some people she didn't recognize appeared.
"Sarah, I saw your magic! What happened? Who attacked you? Was it them?!" George bombarded her with question as soon as he came.
"No, no. I had seen a vison that they were going to be attacked, so…"
"So, you decided to come save them all by yourself?" Pascal completed her sentence for her, he looked quite disappointed.
"No," She walked to his side, "We stopped them together, I understand what you mean now." She smiled and nodded assuredly.
Pascal raised an eyebrow at her before smiling and shaking his head, "So, who are they?"
"Wait, wait, wait, since when can you see visions?"
Sarah ignored George and answered Pascal, "Followers."
Pacal nodded and stepped forward, "My name is Pascal Anderlude, I am the Overlord of the city you are going to live in."
While Damon and Jasmine didn't know what an Overlord was, they knew he was a very important person, and there was an aura around him that demanded reverence, so they bowed.
"Thank you, my lord." They both said.
Pascal waited until they straightened their backs before continuing, "No need for thanks, the city is for all of the God of Origins followers. Okay, since there is no trouble, let's all go back home."
They all began walking to the city, on their way George kept asking Sarah about her vision power, and she kept ignoring him. Soon they reached the city gates, Damon and Jasmine gawked when they saw the extensive city.
"W-where are we going to live, my lord?" Damon finally asked.
"Anywhere you want."
"What!?"
"Yeah," Pascal shrugged, "There are only 56 people living in the city that can contain thousands of people, so just choose whatever house you want. Oh, tomorrow there is a mandatory assembly in the hall of that big castle over there, so make sure you come. You all spread the message too. Morgana, come with me." Then he left them to their business.
Damon and Jasmine still had their mouths open long after he had left, Sarah laughed and gestured for them to follow her. "Come on, let me help you find a house."
Damon and Jasmine looked at each other for a second before smiling and following Sarah, they're journey hadn't been easy but now they could rest.
"When we pick a house, the first thing I'm doing is sleeping until tomorrow." Damon said. Then he, Sarah and Jasmine laughed, while George looked confused behind them.
…
In the Higher Spiritual Planes, the fight between the Goddess of Mysteries and the God of Origins had come to an end, with Inyaki being the victor. The arena he built was in shambles, his projection was twitching like a bad television screen, but was the only one visible. Inyaki looked through his realm and into hers, he couldn't see her face, but he knew she wasn't pleased.
"It seemed like I have won this match, do you want to set the date for the next one or should I." Inyaki managed to say without gloating.
The Goddess of Mysteries was silent for a while before speaking, "I will set the date for our followers fight, but for now the Forsaken Lands are yours." Her hair rumbled a bit before she continued, "But don't think you've won just yet, God of Origins, even if you win our competition, it doesn't mean trouble wouldn't come knocking on your door any longer. This world is big, and it's just going get bigger. Watch your back." Then she vanished, along with her realm.
Inyaki stared at the spot she was for a few seconds, 'She left too quickly,' he thought, 'And her choice of words was suspicious. What are you hiding, Queen of Mysteries?'
Inyaki couldn't figure her out, so he tried to forget about her by going to work. Since he now had total ownership of the Forsaken Lands the first thing, he would do is remove that pesky spatial disorder –
All of a sudden, Inyaki felt a vibration from his very core. Something was swelling within it; something was changing in his very essence. And it wasn't just him, everywhere in his universe was changing. It was as if his universe was… upgrading. He didn't know how he knew that; he couldn't explain where this information was coming from. The swelling in his core built up and up, before bursting. His entire form unraveled.
And not just him, everywhere in the universe, with the darkest bright light and a noiseless loud bang, a rush of energy unlike any other spread. Inyaki quickly tapped into that energy to make a lot of things he couldn't before.
At the same time, the world was changing.
The Fae and the Elves felt their bloodline get stronger, and their magic grew so substantial they could almost smell it. The Elven trees that surrounded their forest and grew higher than the canopy of trees that blanketed the forest floor began sucking the nutrients from the air, and even from each other. The ones that won the tug grew lusher leaves and deeper ponds, the ones that didn't shriveled up and died, and the elves connected to them turned into dry husks.
The witches felt their connection to the blood and soul deepen. They also felt something deeper, darker and primal, they licked their lips in anticipation of the forbidden magic they could come up with, through experiment of course, and every living thing was theirs to use.
The ones with Auras uncontrollably unlocked them, in their chest beat what seemed like a second heart. Their Auras blazed so hot it ignited the air around them. The ones who had unlocked a higher stage confidently flew into the air, on this unprecedented day, Aura users gained the ability of flight.
The magic in the air overflowed, the sensitive ones could feel it and their minds started to form an image of a great wave.
The Trolls, Ogres and Giants growled lowly as they felt a rush of tranquil fury racing through their veins, they glared at the wall that separated them from the humans and secretly planned another invasion. But they didn't notice the goblins who were quietly evolving below them, one goblin grew and emitted a strong aura, the others bowed and spoke in their native tongue. "All praise the Goblin King!"
The Exiled Elves felt the embers of their burnt magic spark and smoke under their ashy skin. A new dark magic was being born within them, maybe it was time they built their own kingdom.
Magical Beast were being born in abundance, because the spiritual layer that separated the Mortal Realm from the Spiritual Planes had grown weaker, the gods even ejected their essence into the world, so a new array of Magical Beasts were being created and spreading quickly around the world. Those in the forests were no longer safe.
The Greater Magical Beasts, the Dragons, the Unicorns, the flaming Phoenixes, the Great Turtles, Frenzied Steeds and the rest all sang songs to the heavens.
The Merfolk and Sea Monsters all swam trepidly as the oceans churned, the sirens and nymphs shrieked.
The Druids dug their fingertips into the soil to feel the earth thrumming like never before. The dryads skipped from tree to tree in their traditional dance steps, the trees they landed on awakened into Treants, some friendly and fierce, some darker with evil roots.
Dimension open and spun throughout the land and sky, some people entered some without knowing, others were shredded by the unstable space.
In a dimension, on a domain filled with sulfur and ash, Daemons glared up at the floating islands that held the Winged Beings. A new war was coming soon, they could taste it in the air.
A new god was born in the Imagination Void, The Shadow God. With his birth the Shadow Realm stabled, turning into a new and independent realm. But living beings should beware when they venture into the Shadow Realm, because it had changed into something else. Lloyd faced one of its changes, a Shadow Creature, with his sword raised. "I'm not going to die here." He swore.
Spirits of the Elements awakened, only those attuned with them would be able to sense their presence.
Unfathomable beings awoke in the Dark Void and Lower Spiritual Planes, they saw things more clearly and watched solemnly.
A group of people in robe stood in a graveyard, one person was kneeling down with his palm touching the earth. A deep chuckle sounded from the person's throat, "It is time, friends, for the lords of the dead to come into the open, no more unfruitful experiments," He raised his palm and a ghastly green flame hovered on it, "We are the Necromancers! It is time the world knew and respected us!" He threw the to the ground and it spread throughout the graveyard, but strangely didn't burn anything. The ground around them trembled, then rotten figures climbed out of the graves. Their chest held a small piece of the flame, and their eyes glowed green.
The man faced the others, "Now, spread across the continent and gather enough Undead to rule it." They all nodded and left, each on their way to cause different kinds of mayhem.
The Followers of the God Of Origins felt something they could not explain, be it the Sarah in the Forsaken Lands, Annie in the Gangu Forest, or little Alex underground, they all knew something had changed.
"What is going on?!" Everyone in the unnamed city asked.
Everywhere was visibly widening at a quick pace, the mountain in front of them grew farther and farther. Henry seemed to have entered a trance as he stared vacantly into the sky.
"It's the space," he whispered to no one, "Its being fixed."
In the Higher Spiritual Planes, a golden figure materialized into a humanoid form. The realm around it stabilized and thrummed with power. Its eyes squirmed a little before opening in a dazzling show of light.
