In the Higher Spiritual Planes, where the gods reside, there was a seemingly endless space that was devoid of light. There was no sign of life, only the quietness of the void. Then suddenly, a flash of golden white light appeared, the light was so blinding it reached every corner of the space. And in that light, something spoke with a voice that shook the entire space.
"W-where am I?"
…
It didn't take long for Inyaki to realize what had happened. He had transmigrated into another world, but unlike the popular trends of other transmigrators who became beings such as humans, demons or elves, or creatures such as dragons, wolves or even slimes, he had become a God.
A freaking God!
His mind as a god was incredibly powerful and he understood a lot about his current state. He was a completely new god without a title, so by standard he should be very weak with just a little space for him to roam about in, but he had a gigantic space! To understand why this happened you'd need to have seen the process of his death in his past life. Before he died, he was extremely fond of a game where he played a God. In the game, he created land above the water, he created trees and animals, and lastly, created humans. In the game the humans were well aware of his existence. He taught them how to build, farm, and hunt, and they rewarded him with their faith. It was a relaxing game where all he had to do was expand their world, protect them from adversities, and collect their faith to strengthen his character. After playing the game relentlessly for six months he had amassed a ridiculous amount of faith, and to be honest, was starting to get bored of the repeated cycle. He was playing the game for what he decided to be that last time when he was mysteriously struck by lightning.
Then he woke up in the space, and he miraculously brought the accumulated faith power with him.
Sure, most of the faith power was used in resurrecting him but he still had a lot of it. The amount of power he had should have immediately shot him up to Intermediate God level, but he was missing one important piece, prestige. Because he was a new God with nobody worshipping him his was still a beginner God, a very powerful one, yes, but a beginner God nonetheless, which meant he could hardly interfere with anything in the mortal realm until he had followers.
But before that there were something's he had to take care of first. Like for instance, his God form, which he didn't have at all. The whole space seemed to be him, and he didn't like that, imagine if his later followers wanted to build a statue of him...
He didn't think too much though and just gave himself his former form, though it was a lot different from before because of his divinity. Now, every part of him was golden, and a quick check showed him that he was genderless, but because he kept his past life memories, he still considered himself a male.
Next, he needed to figure out what he was going to use to entice people to be his followers. The new world he was looking at was at least five times larger than earth, with rampart dimensions popping out here and there because of magical concentrations. In this fantasy world there were many deities to choose from so he needed something that sets him apart from others.
So, he chose to make a system, he always wanted to do something like that after he read a novel where the mc was, coincidentally, also a God.
Although he wasn't like all those other transmigrators and wasn't given a system of his own, or blessed by a goddess, or hit by a miraculous object that bonded with him, he didn't feel like he got the short end of the stick. He was a freaking god! And he was going to make sure he was a popular one. He couldn't wait to see the excited faces of his followers when he bestows the system upon them, he couldn't wait to see their journey through life.
With that thought in his mind, he began tinkering.
