"It is ready, already?" I asked him, when he said that the contract was ready.
"There wasn't much to note down when I actually thought about it." He answered.
"Wow, you didn't waste time on it, did you?" I was amused, literally.
"I'm actually glad I did not delay it." He said, glancing at me from the corner of his eye.
"What do you mean?"
"Just read it and let me know if there are any additions you want to make."
He stopped the car in front of a hotel and got out. It looked too royal, even for me, because I usually tried to avoid such places. I opened my door, got out and joined him. When we entered, the manager greeted us and James talked to him about an arrangement he asked for. The manager led us to a private dining room. I looked at James with narrowed eyes, he shrugged and signaled me to follow him. What the hell is he thinking? I shook my head and went to sit in front of him at the table.
