Major Dale had a gun pointed at Helen's head.
He looked at Adria and smiled.
"Captain Adria!" he laughed a bit, "Oh forgive me. Congratulations on your promotion. So I guess that would be Major, right?"
Adria a frowned, "Major Dale!" he took a look at the panicking Helen, "do you even know who that is?" Adria asked Major Dale.
Major Dale nodded, "Actually, I do. If I'm not mistaking, you once made a visit to us at the Citadel. I'm I right, Lady Belmont?"
Major Dale maintained his smile. Like he was expecting a similar response from Helen, regardless of the fact that he was pointing a gun at her head.
"If I may ask, what business do you two have down here? The last time I checked, the sermon was over and believers had gone back home."
Adria stared intently at Major Dale. He wanted to move, but the Major's Trigger finger looked to be very excited.
Even Adria knew that he would not make it in time before Helen's head was blown off.
