The plane stopped at the runway. The children were all led out by the soldiers into a big building of several feet in height. Down the brightly lit Hallways and through several bends, they were led down to an open space. This space had little vertical pods connected to hug pipes that lead to the ground. There were so many pods as far as the eyes could see. These pods looked like glass coffins and looked like there were from a sci-fi movie.
There were also people wearing labcoats, gloves, and goggles attending to these pods. They were taking readings and adjusting the pods. The children were led down and instructed that each should stand in front of a pod.
High up in a glass balcony, stood Dr. Pearl along with eight other individuals. The glass balcony was darkened so that the outside world could not see those within.
"Are you sure it wouldn't have been wiser to have at least one representative from the UC here with us today?" Mrs. Sunshine asked Dr. Pearl.
