In a big spaced dark room, eight people sat about a wide oval table. These were the eight seats governing the activities of the Avalon Company. However, with the damages the company had sustained, it was sharply in decline, and this weighed heavy on the minds of these eight.
Although they had gathered to find a solution once more to their problem, answers to questions were like the reflection of the moon in water for them. For a while, since they gathered, the entire place was silent, and apart from Dr. Pearl's rhythmic tapping on the table, one would have assumed this was a meeting with eight lifeless people.
*Cough* Mr Ramond broke the silence, "Dr. Pearl are you sure this project of yours will work!?"
Dr. Pearl sighed loudly, "If I told you it won't, will it bring back the millions in cash we have already poured into it?"
Mr. Ramond sighed.
