"Open the damn gate!" Squatterbloat ordered.
Some soldiers immediately rushed to open the gates.
In front was Adria. He looked like a complete mess. He had blood stains all over his body and his clothes appeared torn at different points. However, with a cigar in his mouth, he smiled, "What took you guys so long!?"
He swaggered in through the gates, all eyes were on him. This included Helen, Nora, and Sasha. However, unlike the mouth-gapping surprise on the faces of Helen and Nora, Sasha had a slight smile on the side of her lips.
Helen and Nora had searched the battlefield for Adria earlier and Helen had even concluded that he had found a place to hide. However, seeing that he was outside the gate made her speechless. In fact, it made everyone speechless.
