"Kaizen, on you!" shouted Xisrith, the first to notice Delgron in the air.
Xisrith's warning came too late. Kaizen barely had time to look up before he felt a powerful impact on his back and as if that wasn't enough, Delgron took advantage of the first hit to deliver a second, a kick to Kaizen's chest, who was thrown forward, his body colliding with a large piece of debris from a building.
Xisrith, realizing that he was now a target, ran to land next to Kaizen immediately to help him. Her eyes were wide with shock and concern as she touched him gently.
"Kaizen! Are you all right?" she asked as she ran with her voice laden with anxiety.
