After gaining all of the new abilities, Dae-Seong wanted to test them all out except for the balance breaker ability because it was going to be real trouble if he loses all of his energy.
So he wanted to save it as a last resort kind of thing since it was like a really big trump card but after it's abilities, it's drawbacks were huge as it would definitely get him killed if he was still in a dangerous situation.
Once Dae-Seong decided that, he then left the area and started heading towards the boss room as he then tried out the residual wave ability and he was able to use it at a nice range.
It was especially helpful when he tried to deal with flying enemies as well and in the gate, he was in there were multiple flying bugs so it was useful to have and it was applicable to his sword.
As he continued going through the place, slashing through nearly everything, the waves he was creating weren't strong enough with the amount of energy he was using in each of them.
Which let a bunch of bugs get near him and so when that happened he tried out his other new ability armour's calling and surrounded himself with his energy just like with his wave attacks.
The bugs now had human like features and some even looked human, so the ones with arms were now trying to attack Dae-Seong but they were getting blocked by like a barrier of energy.
But everything they hit it, there was a visible color of light that was a shape of an armour and so while they were still trying to attack Dae-Seong, he added more energy into his waves and killed them.
While he did this, he suddenly heard a huge noise coming from a distance and then he saw a huge bug that had a human body but it was enormous and it had a horn on it's head while it's skin looked hard.
When Dae-Seong saw this he then wanted to try out the Pacifist's Declaration ability and so when he activated it a blue light came out of him and it was like a pulse of energy that created a little barrier.
Then as the barrier was created the huge bug tried attacking Dae-Seong and he also deactivated his armour to test out the abilities of Pacifist's Declaration and the bug's attack shook the ground with each hit.
Although after a while, it got tired but there wasn't even a scratch on Dae-Seong and another thing that Dae-Seong learned was that he wasn't allowed to attack either so he just made a safe zone.
Even though it wouldn't allow him to like attack enemies without getting hurt, it was a good ability to take a break because even with his maintenance skill, he still needs to take breaks.
Suddenly the pulse started to dissipate and Dae-Seong started to smile as a dark purple energy formed near his hand and he created a simple chop in the air as an energy wave was created.
The body of the bug fell and it created a loud thud as it hit the ground and a blue blood started to come out of the wounds and the part where Dae-Seong's wave attack sliced through the bug.
His strength increased a lot after gaining sponsors from multiple powerful beings but he still didn't like the fact to get at least one of the abilities, he would have to go through the pain again.
As Dae-Seong was killing and trying out his new abilities, he finally made it to the boss room of the gate and there were multiple symbols and glyphs of some kind on it's doors before enetering.
It confused Dae-Seong since it showed a samurai and his life of some kind but there were a few parts that were slashed off especially the last part where there was a huge part taken off of it.
After reading it a few times, he didn't think it was anything important since there are pictures, symbols and glyphs always in gates and dungeons and they usually never mean anything.
So he decided to ignore it for now and went inside of the boss room but as it opened, the room was completely dark and nothing could be inside of it from the outside of the room.
Which Dae-Seong then entered it and the torches around the place started to light up by itself and then suddenly a light flashed onto a grasshopper that was in the middle of the room.
While the size of the grasshopper was enormous, it suddenly moved in front of Dae-Seong and then used it's blades on it's arms to attack Dae-Seong and he was actually having a hard time blocking it.
Dae-Seong used the armour's calling ability to block it's attacks but each hit immediately shattered the armour so it just made him waste more energy trying to repair the armour.
When Dae-Seong realized this, he quickly just created the armour whenever he needed to block a fatal and attack and he just parried the blades of the huge grasshopper as it started at him.
Each time their blades hit each other a huge noise was created and there was even a little waves of air being created from it's impact and power and so he started to use his wave ability.
He started attacking from afar whenever the grasshopper tried to rest and so it had to dodge Dae-Seong's attacks even when it tired to recover from afar and so Dae-Seong was at a bigger advantage.
Although he had the advantage, the damage he was inflicting on the grasshopper was barely nothing and so he wasn't able to do anything with it and he could barely damage it let alone kill it.
It was getting frustrating for Dae-Seong so after a while, he decided to try out the last ability that he wanted to try out and as he activated it, his eyes started to burn up and he could now barely open them.
Suddenly Dae-Seong's eyes were covered in flames, white on his left and black on his right and once that was happening he then took out his sword from his domain and got into a stance.
His sword was perfectly aligned to attack the grasshopper and as was looking to kill the grasshopper, the black flames from his right eyes started to go down to his sword and covered it.
Once it was fully covered in a black flame, he then started to smile as he just took one swing with the sword, while facing in the direction of the grasshopper and a black light appeared.
