So I went to sign up for the tournament and saw it was still three months from now so I decided to put those months into good use.
And during the first month I cleared loads of C-rank, B-rank and A-rank gates to gather up points, after I had a lot of points I also upgraded Swordsmanship, Growth and Elemental Body.
So now I had "Demi God's Swordsmanship", "Growth Limit Breaker", "Elemental Heart".
For the first week of the second month that I had I cleared a few more gates, the upgraded swordsmanship made combining sword skills more easier, the upgraded growth also helped with the proficiency.
The big change was the elemental heart, instead of the elements being controlled by my whole body, the control was stored in a new organ in my body which helps me control it much easier.
Then after the first week, I went into training for two weeks, I told the principal that I would not be in class for training, he told me sure but I had to win.
So I rented out a place for the two weeks and I reached Immortal God rank in just two weeks, the upgraded growth skill helped a lot in those two weeks.
For the last month I decided to go back to class because I couldn't think of anything else to prepare, then just before a few days for the tournament I get a message from the Flare's guild leader.
It said, "Come meet me it the cafe near your school.", so after all the classes I went to the cafe, and I saw the guild leader there.
I immediately asked, "Why did you call me?", she replied, "I need your help in healing someone, and I've heard that you can make pills and potions with 100% purity.".
I was curious so I asked, "Who is it for and what's the problem?", she replied, "She got hurt in one of the S-rank gate but no one can seem to treat her.".
To go to an S-rank gate you need to have atleast one S-rank hunter with you, and to be an S-rank you need to do a merit for your country or the world, so that was out of my reach without a threat.
I agreed to treat the person but she had to bring me to a S-ranj gate some time, she quickly agreed and went to the place where she was being treated.
During the car ride I asked, "What should I call you? Guild Leader?", she replied "You can call me Hwa Mi", after those few words for the rest of the trip it was pretty quiet.
When we qrrived at the place where the girl was being treated, I looked at the girl and use master appraisal and I saw it was an infection that was caused by a mutated undead.
I asked, "Was the gate you went to have undead?", She replied "No.", that was odd because my appraisal skill shouldn't be wrong.
So I upgraded Appraisal and used it again, it gave me more information and I saw that one of the system panels were about an undead so I quickly moved the girls body and found a rather big lump.
Then Hwa Mi said, " Yeah, we've tested that out and there wasn't anything in it but we're still running tests on it.", what she said wasn't wrong but my system panel said the undead was in fusion to the girl.
So I quickly used multiple medical martial techniques and I asked them to quickly prepare some ingredients needed for a purification pill.
While they were preparing the ingredients, I was quickly stopping the fusion because if it fused over 50% of her body removing it was definitely going to kill her.
Then Hwa Mi said, "What you asked for isn't able to arrive until tomorrow.", what she said wasn't good because I was only able to slow down the fusion not completely stop it so it would definitely be over 50% fusion by tomorrow.
Then I remembered my legendary skill, "Undead's Ruler", I used the skill but I wasn't able to remove the undead but instead I was able to make it completely stop so there was enough time if we waited until tomorrow.
And the next day when all the ingredients arrived, I quickly made the potion and injected it into the lump, and I saw the lump was getting smaller so I used the upgraded appraisal and saw the undead was dying.
I told Hwa Mi that she was going to be okay after a couple of days of rest and that I needed to go to the awakened tournament.
We said our goodbyes and she thanked me for helping her little sister, I was a bit surprised but I did guess she was someone important to her.
So I quickly went to the tournament's arena and I saw loads of awakened there but there wasn't many people who were strong but there were a couple of S-ranks in the tournament.
There was a bunch of rewards for the top 100 and the higher your rank is the better the reward so during the waiting time and when it was someone elses battle I planned and pepared for my first battle.
Then after a bunch of preparing I created two new skills called "Weakness Sense" and "Heavy Guard" and I upgraded Heavenly Yin-Yang Body.
After it was upgraded my internal energy increased by multiple folds and the flow was incomparable from before.
Then in just a bit it was my turn and I was fighting a fellow A-rank, the guy underestimated me a lot and I was able to just quickly go behind him and punch him out of the circle, the first round was pretty easy but now the under contestants were on guard of me.
