Chapter 40
Jamie didn't wait for Yeongjun's answer, he walked through the space and opened the cupboard taking a box of tea bags. Chamomile is his pick though there are a lot of different varieties. His movements are careful, almost silent like a cat. He didn't like to make more noise because it was quite late and his body alarm was screaming for sleep. Also, his stiffened muscles didn't help him in bigger movements.
"No. Thank you." Yeongjun said and dismissed him before walking away to the door.
Jamie was not breathing until he heard the door close. He was nervous that Yeongjun will ask him about things he isn't ready to share yet. Though he is sure that Yeol has already ratted him out. He sips his tea and calmness soon enters his body. Jamie has no specific favorite but he likes tea even though it is bitter. It helps him sleep at night and cures his anxiety sometimes. He has never been a fan of coffee but he can tolerate it.
