Chapter 143
Jamie offers to give Sena food. He volunteered to buy her dinner, just at the nearby restaurant. He crosses the traffic lights and gets to the Chinese restaurant at the next intersection. Jamie is still full but there's no harm in joining Sena at dinner. He strides inside and carefully orders from the counter. He smiled at the cashier and paid cash. He only waited for a few minutes before he got his takeouts. He thanked the crew and left. He walks back, entering the hospital lobby. He shivered at the chilliness from the outside. Jamie wrapped his scarf around his face and snorted when the elevator opened.
There were medical staff and common people when Jamie entered. He quickly pressed the 3rd floor and when the door was about to close, someone was running through the corridor. Jamie quickly pressed the open button and the man bowed his head when he already entered inside. He pressed close again and waited for the elevator to move.
