What stood before Alissia at this time was two cute adorable kids. Now that they were squeaky clean and had new clothes on, they looked nothing like the dirty street rats that they were before and now looked very cute. Alissia admired her handy work and nodded her head. "Mmm... You two both look very cute!"
"Hehe! Big Sister called me cute!" Jill smiled and ran over to Alissia and hugged her leg. She really liked her new big sister.
Billy stood there with red cheeks. He couldn't understand how this girl could so easily touch him here and there without batting an eye. He was only taking a little longer to wash up, but it seemed she was not happy with how long he was taking. When he said he was clean enough and could get out, she shoved him back into the bath and began washing him from head to toe. No matter how much he tried to resist, he was unable to. She was strong. So strong he couldn't go against her at all! He felt like he had lost all his face in front of his younger sister after being manhandled by a girl.
"What are you moping like that for Billy? Man up and accept it. I swear, if you don't bathe properly in the future, I will hang upside down and dunk you into the bathtub over and over until you finally learn to bathe properly." Alissia was only saying this a white lie, but she would end up doing it if this little brat began stinking up her new house.
"I will wash properly!" Billy yelled out, the redness on his cheeks progressed up to his ears. He had never met such a shameless woman!
Alissia nodded her head in approval and took the clothes the kids once wore and stuffed them in the bag that the new clothes came in, and stuffed it all into the trash. "Alright, let's go. I still need to punch someone in the face."
Alissia had not forgotten her main goal. This was one thing about Alissia that many would learn as they got to know her. Once she decided something, she would make sure to finish it. She did not like leaving things unfinished. She pulled the two kids along with her as she made her way downstairs to return the room key. The inn owner's daughter, who was behind the counter, saw the two kids and instantly let out a squeal. "Wow! Look how cute they are! If I knew there were such cute kids in the slums, I would have adopted one a while ago."
"What the hell are you talking about? You can't even take care of yourself. Just the other day, your feet stunk up the entire downstairs when you took your shoes off." The inn owner, a middle aged lady, came out from the back room just in time to say that.
"My feet do not stink! That was dad!" The inn owner's daughter tried to defend herself as she blushed from ear to ear.
Alissia paid them no mind as she placed the key on the counter. "Thank you for lending me the room. I left their old clothes in the trash up the stairs so the room might smell a little."
"No worries, dear. I will take care of them. I am just happy to see kids like this having a second chance at life." The inn owner walked over and took the key. When Alissia first walked in with the kids, she felt maybe something was off until Alissia pulled her hood down and began to explain things. By the time Alissia finished speaking, she was in tears and gave Alissia the room for free. Such kindness and generosity from such a beautiful girl, she instantly felt like helping her out.
"Thanks. Umm… before I leave, can you tell me the way to the Greyworth family estate?" Alissia asked. She felt kind of funny asking such a question when she was supposed to be a Greyworth, but she never cared to check where the house was.
"The Greyworth estate? Dear, you will need a carriage to get there. It's about three hours from this inn." The inn owner replied, causing Alissia's brow to furrow.
"Alright, then do you know where I can find someone who can take me there?" Alissia felt bad for asking all these questions, but now with the kids, she could not just be roaming around.
"Hmmm… If you take a left out of here and then your first right and walk a few doors down, you will see the merchant guild on your left. You really can't miss it with how big the building is. Just go in there and ask for someone to take you there. It will cost you a few silver, but it is the best way since, to them, any business is business." The inn owner replied with a smile.
"Thank you!" With proper directions, Alissia walked out of the inn after saying her goodbyes once more and began walking in the wrong direction. Jill quickly pulled on Alissia's arm as she said: "Big Sister, she said take a left, not a right!"
"Oh right!" Alissia blushed and began walking in the correct direction this time. It took fifteen minutes, but they easily found the merchants guild, which, just as the inn owner had said, was not hard to spot. It was a ten story building and took up half the street, not to mention the large yard with many carriages and people running around.
Alissia gripped the hands of the two children next to her so that she would not lose them and walked towards the entrance. The building itself had three large doors that led to the main lobby and two other doors that were specially made for carriages to back up into. It seemed that they did loading and unloading from these two doors.
The main hall was huge but felt small with how many people were inside lined up. Just looking at the long line made Alissia want to cry. It seemed she would need to wait quite a while before she could even request someone to give her a ride. But it was still better than trying to find her way to the Greyworth estate and getting lost in the process.
