Not until she saw him enter a living room on the first floor did she finally let out a sigh of relief and slowed her pace.
When she pushed the door open and entered, the man was already standing in front of the liquor cabinet. Emily Stone closed the door and saw him pouring wine, and even though it was red wine, she still furrowed her brows tightly.
"You shouldn't be drinking," Emily Stone couldn't help but speak up to remind him as he raised his hand, ready to drink the red wine, "…Don't you remember what happened at the bar last time?"
That one time, it was after consuming just two drinks that he suddenly suffered from stomach disease.
Emily Stone found it hard to imagine just how painful it must have been to cause such a strong man to faint!?
With that thought, her brows furrowed even more.
Walter Schmidt's hand paused slightly, but then he still tipped his head back and drained the glass, before saying in a deep voice, "Drinking isn't the most direct cause."
