"Where is he? Why isn't he visible!?" Tara Summer furrowed her brows and then shouted in the direction of the bedroom, "Doctor Wilson, are you there? We hope we're not intruding!"
No sooner had she spoken than Tara faintly heard a slight noise coming from the bedroom. Holding her breath, she listened carefully, and indeed there was a sound.
The "zzz" noise was not loud, sounding like the scooting of a chair across the floor.
Tara's eyebrows knitted together, and she instinctively followed the sound, walking forward. As she arrived at the bedroom door, the "zzz" noise grew louder, unmistakably originating from inside the bedroom.
"Doctor Wilson?..." Tara knocked on the door, and at that moment, Edward also approached, standing behind her.
Hearing no response from inside, Tara's heart sank, wondering if Gavin had had another bout of his stomach ailment, or if he had fallen down.
