As for Ethan Summer, he was engaged in a tête-à-tête with one of the attendees. When he looked up, his granddaughter was nowhere in sight. He assumed that she had stepped out to the restroom, and continued his conversation while waiting for her return...
Tara Summer's mood suddenly took a downward plunge. She wanted to get some fresh air so she stepped out of the banquet hall, where she saw a male waiter holding a tray, about to enter the banquet hall.
She stopped him and picked up a glass of light golden alcohol from the waiter's tray. He politely bowed before walking away.
With glass in hand, Tara walked over to a lounge next to the banquet hall. It was a small lounge, of the size of an average hotel room, furnished with a bed, a couch, and even stocked with fresh fruits, snacks, and an array of drinks.
