He saw Tara Summer lying on her side, her blanket half-draped over the edge of the bed, the back of the pink patient gown she wore flipped open, revealing a large area of her snow-white beautiful back.
Owl Eagle stood up abruptly, quickly walked over to pull up the blanket to cover her, then returned to sit on the sofa.
He stared for a moment and seeing her calm down, he closed his eyes.
However, less than half an hour later, the night-shift nurse entered the room to change the intravenous drip. As soon as she pushed the door open, Owl's eyes flew open almost instantly.
"I'm sorry, didn't mean to wake you." The young nurse, in her twenties, was pretty and adorable. Seeing him open his eyes, his handsome and rigid face full of masculinity, she couldn't help but blush slightly.
Owl tenderly nodded his head and reminded her softly, "Please be gentle, don't wake her!"
