George Summer's face darkened, no longer able to contain his emotions, the force of his palm unconsciously increased, almost about to crush her wrist.
"No!" Upon hearing his words, Tara Summer was alarmed, truly afraid that he'd misunderstand, "Brother George, I didn't! Besides you, I won't marry anyone else!"
In her desperation, Tara Summer blurted out, but she was unaware that she had indirectly accepted his proposal.
At her words, George Summer was overjoyed. Regardless of Josie Reed standing next to him, he firmly held her close and whispered in her ear, "You promised, you'll marry me, no going back! Not allowed!"
Tara Summer was slightly taken aback. Feeling the strength of his arms around her, almost as if he intended to merge her into his body, she was overcome by an emotional wave and hugged his waist.
"I won't change my mind, never, unless you don't want me..." While clutching the back of his shirt tightly, her slender body subtly trembled.
