Upon learning that she was safe and sound, Lu Jing'en relaxed and then asked for her whereabouts.
Tara Summer said she was on her way back to Cambridge, and the people on the other end of the phone finally calmed down.
"You guys have fun in Boston." Tara Summer said goodbye and then hung up the phone.
She returned the cellphone to the driver and leaned back on the seat to rest. There was still a faint pain in the back of her mind. She rubbed it and laughed helplessly.

It was almost mealtime when she returned to Cambridge. Tara Summer asked the driver to take her straight home.
She had gone to Boston without any belongings. Her purse was locked in the car, and the car key was in Lu Jing'en's car, so she had no money to pay for the ride.
